Location, staff, underground parking.

The room was comfortable and fairly spacious for a single room. The breakfast buffet was good value, but I paid for it in the morning and it was significantly cheaper than if I had paid for it at the time of booking. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use the pool or spa. The hotel was overall much nicer than I had expected.
The room was too hot, but I was abler to open a window and let some cool, fresh air in.

no mini fridge in the room. The bar (reception area) the beers choice is less. The breakfast buffet too much breads but less hot dishes and fresh fruits not enough.

It was great to have access to the spa (the pool is being repaired) in this hotel which is right next to the train station, and very reasonably priced. I could store my luggage here too after checkout. The rooms are comfy and have tea/coffee making facilities. All the staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming. When I was passing through the following week the kind staff let me use the wifi and charge my phone.

They gave me free breakfast to compensate for the lack of AC. (They were also offering a refund, but I did not accept it because looking for another hotel was going to be a waste of time). The breakfast was good. The location was excellent, next to the train station, quiet and walkinh distance to the center. They had very nice gummies at the reception desk.
I had bad luck. There was no air conditioning or fans. They should have fans in case the AC breaks again, because it was incredibly hot, I was unable to rest because of that. And the swimming pool was empty.

We had a problem on the road and we would only arrive at the hotel at 2 am. But the attendant was very kind and allowed us to check in anyway.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, conveniently close to both train and bus stations, and just a short 5-10 minute walk from Dijon's city center. Parking is also available. The staff were friendly and welcoming. While I didn't personally try the breakfast.I had a pleasant stay and would happily return.

I was on center off dijon.
Roon smoll. For the parking on the booking .I saw the parking but wehen I arrived .the reception disk i said you have to book for parking.then i parked on station dDIJON next day i have to pay for on day 46,50 euro ..

Disappointing
Clean bedlinen, close proximity to old town center
1. Expensive paid parking(15€ vs. 9€ for public) that you have to book separately beforehand and in order to know that you either have to read the booking thoroughly or read the automated message in the morning of arrival. Which could have been sent a day before tbh.
2. They’ve put us in a room that isn’t even on the pictures, top floor with attic roof. It was so tiny and the ceiling was so low we had to always mind our heads. Meanwhile there were no pictures of these rooms in the booking listing. It was also very hot when we got there, thank god it was evening and the ventilator worked.
3. A lot of things broken. Pool doesn’t work and stinks like hell on a way to breakfast, bedside lamp didn’t work, hair dryer didn’t work, light switchers, low setting on ventilator, shower head holder broken and put on such height there’s no way it will be comfortable to use.
4. I can’t begin to tell how DIRTY it was. Like super dusty, moldy, dirty windows, weird spots on the wall, unvacuumed underbed, dirt and mold in tile seams in the shower.. out of the room wasn’t great either, lots of flies in breakfast zone, utensils were not refilled properly.
Overall impression was so unpleasant, I don’t recommend to book a stay with them. I’ve had more photos, they didn’t fit

It was a great location and close to the train station, the tram station and the center (10min by foot). The room itself was clean and had all the essentials.
