Exceptional
Sauna, clean sheets, not overly scented linens. Heavy scents are usually hiding something.

Very Good
The staffing managers are very friendly and helpful. They offer a shuttle service to the airport drop off and pick up. They offer parking facilities for longer days; they have a Restaurant everything you need.
The room is a bit small, but for one night it doesn’t matter

Very Poor
Right in the center
Tiny room, shower head was broken, edges and corners all had nudges. The spa is very old, does not look clean or cozy.

Fair
It was a central location in a lovely city. One of the receptionists was very adept at giving bad news with a beautiful smile!
Breakfast was dairy and meat with bread; with the hotel showing no flexibility, eg the eggs were covered in butter and my request for boiled eggs was refused. Plant based milk was pot luck so every morning I took my own breakfast and milk having paid for B&B.
The jacuzzi was ok although a little chilly. The steam room was great on day one but was not warm on subsequent days.
