We expected a private parking lot as mentioned in the advertisement of booking.com and in the end we had to go to public parking a few hundred meters from the hotel....not the same. Otherwise everything was ok

Well located, less than ten minutes walk from the station and from Les Halles, the main food market and restaurant area. Friendly staff, clean simple and comfortable room. Best aspect was the breakfast deck outside in the cool during the heatwave with a good continental breakfast.
The room was a little small and the aircon didn’t work the first night. Fortunately we could open the window and it was working well the second night.
