Property location is amazing- very close to everything… it was clean, I was cold first night and had to ask how to open the heaters… but they worked… I just didn’t know how they worked! It’s a nice place!
I liked everything- I didn’t spend a lot of time there! Staff at night was a bit cranky. But otherwise staff was lovely and helpful!

I sent a message upon booking that I wanted a ground floor room because I am in my late 60s and I had a heavy suitcase and I knew there was no lift.
I received a message back which confirmed that I would get a ground floor room.
Upon check-in I was advised that a ground floor room was not available, apparently because some other group booking had come up - that was the explanation.
The stairs up to my room were quite precarious - fortunately they took my suitcase up to my room - but it was still a bit difficult negotiating the stairs.
I think if you ask for a ground floor and it is confirmed - then you should be assured of that booking.
