Very Poor
The location
We stopped in Dijon on our way to Málaga and booked this hotel for one night after a 10-hour drive. We weren’t expecting anything fancy—just a clean place to sleep and rest. Unfortunately, the room did not meet even basic cleanliness standards. There were hairs in the bed, which was very unpleasant. As someone who is allergic to cats, dogs, and dust, this caused a reaction, and I had to take anti-allergy medication. There was no staff available at the time to address the issue, so we had no real option but to stay, as we were completely exhausted from the long drive. Very disappointing experience. Never again.
