Good location for ease of access to motorway when travelling, good clean rooms and really great food. Very dog friendly and next to a park for a walk in the evening and morning

We love the restaurant, the location and the kindness of the personal. My family and I enjoyed our stay specially because my daughter is alergic to gluten and the hotel was able to manage her requirements during the diner and the breakfast.

It was nicely situated right next to a shopping mall with free parking directly at the entrance. It was nicely done with outdoor seating in the inner courtyard at the pool and had a great restaurant and bar that stayed open late. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating.
The bathroom fixtures need to be updated.

What a scam its a TESLA destination charger but its not free for hotel guests. ????? We stay at the hotel but at reception they ask for 10€ an hour price for slow charger so for overnight the ask for 70€. There is fast TESLA charger in 5 km from hotel so you charge the car for 10€.

It's a good accommodation where I got all I need for a good night sleep: private parking, clean quiet room, thick curtains, good bed.
I was actually going to rate it 9 when I remembered that to get a WiFi access I was required to install or register into some app. O_o. This was "meeh" even in 2015, but in 2025 this only provokes the same attitude as you get by locking toilet paper rolls behind a paywall. Not a smart move from some not smart manager, really.
Breakfast was nice, however, I wasn't impressed by my supper in the restaurant. It was OK, just could be much tastier given the components used. Especially considering that this is France, where people typically know a thing or two in making tasty food.
Also a note about location: if you're looking at the part nearby the hotel on the map and thinking about walking your dog there, be aware, that it's closed from early evening till late morning.

at first when I got there , they told me the check in was at 3PM ok I have no problem with that , so I was waiting seating inside the hall , another men came after me he waited jut a little bit , and they gave him a room before me while he was sitting next to me , I had to go to them and ask them if my room was ready , to get the key , this is not serious at all

Forgot our toothbrush home and the team offered 2 immediately to our room for free.
The spa didn't have the Hammam working properly. It wasn't too hot.
And there were no more available towels there.
Also the rooms cards to enter gets frequently de-magnetized. We had to replace our card 3 times!

Friendly welcome by an English speaking member of staff.
Comfortable bar area.
Room was clean with a comfortable bed.
The bar prices were expensive.
The set menu was pricey and left us hungry.
Beware of the uncooked prawns!
Pool view was a joke. Photo Inc. 6th floor.
Sink overflow was very dirty. Shower floor was well worn.
No extra pillows available. Had to ask.
One complementary bottle of water between two people.
Breakfast orange juice machine not suited to the slim glasses.
