Great location, good quality room, easy parking
Towels were ALWAYS changed, even though we put them back on the towel rails & never left them on the floor or in the sink.This is a waste of resources ; how can we make it clear that we do NOT need fresh towels every day ?

Facilities & location
The manager spoke through a staff member on a query I had back & forth rather than just coming to the desk 1 metre away. Which I thought was so rude. Shame as the other reception staff were so friendly & helpful and now get a lower rating as a result of their manager.

Good location with free parking Spacious quiet Suite very clean & well equipped with shower & jacuzzi bath & a comfortable bed Tom on the bar was very friendly and helpful as we're the Reception staff Overall a great stopover hotel on our way to Spain
Only 1 minor negative the small paper cups are not suitable for a hot drink. I did call reception and ask for proper cups and they were bought to the room immediately.

A spacious room with air conditioning. Very comfortable. With all the facilities needed. The staff were great and the breakfast had a large choice. Also my border collie was accepted everywhere.
I think i was a little disappointed with the evening meal. Although the wine was excellent and all the staff were the best.
