Professional, friendly and welcoming staff. Great room. Well decorated and all essentials provided. Room’s air conditioning was on when we checked in. Delightful when it’s 40 degrees outside. From the car park you see restaurants, a brewery, a huge complex including a shopping centre, and a park. All of which were safe and sound.
Our key wasn’t activated, had to return to the reception. No instructions on how to use the Sensory shower. Lights not working in the spa. Strongly recommend a sign by the pool saying No Jumping the pool was mayhem.

Great location, lovely pool. Super helpful staff. Even complimentary sparkling water on tap. Poolside service with water for our dog.

Great location! The shopping centre next door was very handy and the tram stop right outside made it very easy to get into the centre of Dijon. The car park was spacious too and could fit our car with a roof box. The staff here were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was quite expensive for a family so we popped to the supermarket next door instead. The room was slightly small for 4 people plus baggage but otherwise it was great.
