Room was very nice. Nice view. Sofa a bit tired though. Amazing room service. Ambient colors were soothing and restful. Some english speaking TV channels, just for news or a movie would have been great but overall we had a lovely stay and a very fine breakfast. Parking the car was a bit crazy but the valets were very efficient. (We checked in on a very busy day)
Checking in with a car was chaotic. No where for us to park. Busy valets meant we got out our own luggage but was taken inside by the bellman. Just a busy day.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was said to start at 6:30 but 3 days in a row staff was not ready for 6:30 customers. Looked like they were about 15 minutes behind. Had to call front desk several times for additional water which should have been replenished by maid staff.
See above and barely functioning AC. TRIED TO SET ROOM LOWER BUT SYSTEM WOULD NOT ALLOW IT. Should not advertise hotel has ac.

this hotel is well located in the centre of Dijon. The room, the staff and the bar were exceptional. We will certainly come back and try to enjoy the restaurant as well. The garage is also worth mentioning as the allocated space per car is sufficient.
