Perfect location, clean and comfortable, friendly staff, hotel restaurant was excellent to test local food.
Some noise outside if windows go to the street, tv set was not working properly and issues with electrical lock of the room door.

Location was fantastic. Staff was very friendly. Room was huge! Beautiful hammam spa was awesome after our bike rides. There is a nice courtyard in the back..very relaxing.
Too many doors in my room, carpet felt old. If you opened the windows it is a very noisy street.

Wonderful
Everything was wonderful, but the noise from the window was a little disturbing, probably because the room was on a low floor. Unfortunately, after a long move, there was no place in the hotel restaurant to have dinner, and almost everything was already closed.

Poor
The property looks ok but the showers were not good as you couldn’t take a property shower because there should be a screen so the water doesn’t spray to the rest of the room..
I didn’t like the noise at night as you can still hear the Tram bells at night and early morning. Also the room is very expensive for what you get. I was really not happy with paying so much and they charged me for car park also !

Fair
Central location & parking
Parts of the hotel are looking tired. Our bathroom had a shower in the bath but no screen meaning the floor got flooded everytime we had a shower. The towels were poor quality, ripped with holes in. Dinner in the main restaurant was disappointing resulting in my husband getting food poisoning & service not very efficient at all.
