We liked the location, close to town centre, all the facilities are in good condition, parking very convenient.
The reception staff not welcoming, customer service totally failed.
I also work in a hotel and if a guest is asking for an early check in- and room not ready ( I reassure them that their room will become a priority).

Great option, awesome location as its just 3 tram stops from the center, like 10 min. And the tram stops really in front of the hotel.
The staff very friendly and helpful plus the breakfast has variety and special products, very tasty.

Although a restaurant was listed at the property, in reality there was only a machine dispensing meals that one could heat in an adjacent microwave.
