Good location walking distance from train station and all key landmarks of Dijon. Comfortable and simple rooms. Good breakfast. You can park at the train station and hotel gives you a 50% rebate on the parking fee.
The room was not fully prepared and needed to ask for towels. No decoration or effort to make this hotel cozy. Efficient it is but not cozy.

the hotel is located near the central station, which is not far from the city centre
We had bikes with us, which were parked according to the hotels request and guidelines in a small room. Only hotel staff has a key to this room, which they lost, so we missed our train back. We had to book a new journey, which the hotel manager agreed to reimburse, as it is legally required. To this day, the hotel manager ghosted me, and never refunded the money. A procedure with booking is ongoing and a legal procedure may follow if the issue is not solved with booking.com.

The location of the property is great and just a short, easy walk from the centre. With nearby parking facilities for 50% off it was a good place for us to spend the night in between destinations.
Unfortunately our A/C did not function properly, only cooling in the morning.

The air conditioning went out in the hotel but some of the rooms still had it. Yet, we were assigned a room with no a/c and it was very hot. The front desk clerk did give us a room with working A/C, but why weren’t we given that room in the first place? We arrived at 18:00 after a long travel day and didn’t need that hassle.

The location was great if you are arriving by train but difficult if you are driving. Walking to old city was not too far.
Parking was difficult and confusing. Park in the train station parking lot and walk to hotel...this was never made very clear, especially to non-French speaking guests.
