The location of the property is great and just a short, easy walk from the centre. With nearby parking facilities for 50% off it was a good place for us to spend the night in between destinations.
Unfortunately our A/C did not function properly, only cooling in the morning.

A short flat walk to and from the main train station. The staff is very efficient and courteous.
The air conditioning went out in the hotel but some of the rooms still had it. Yet, we were assigned a room with no a/c and it was very hot. The front desk clerk did give us a room with working A/C, but why weren’t we given that room in the first place? We arrived at 18:00 after a long travel day and didn’t need that hassle.

The location was great if you are arriving by train but difficult if you are driving. Walking to old city was not too far.
Parking was difficult and confusing. Park in the train station parking lot and walk to hotel...this was never made very clear, especially to non-French speaking guests.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to the Gare, with a tram stop almost right in front of the building. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options. The room and bed linens were clean and comfortable. The receptionists were extremely polite and attentive, especially Jaskiran, who was always very kind and helpful. There was daily room cleaning.
The air conditioning and the heater were not working during my stay. The staff provided a portable heater. I was also disappointed with the service at the restaurant, as the staff there could be more attentive and welcoming.

Fantastic staff (up to a standard of much fancier hotels); place to securely store our bicycles; clean and newly renovated rooms and bathrooms; breakfast was fantastic. We only stayed one night and didn’t come with much expectations because the price was so reasonable - we were very pleasantly surprised! Thank you!

Location, and confirmed parking for our tandem bicycle.
The place is undergoing an apparently much needed remodel, there are finishing touches which I’m sure (hoping?) will be completed—towel bars and hooks in the bathroom, for example. Take a tip from the Chalon-sur-Saône property and have heated mirrors, no fog after a shower!
