Disappointing
The hotel was in a good location for us as we just wanted a stopping off point whilst travelling through France to the UK. Breakfast was reasonable, The bed was reasonably comfortable and the room was clean, .There were no facilities but there was a nice restaurant across the road,
Having stayed in a nice B&B hotel outside Lyon, this one was disappointing, The room was smaller, more expensive and a liitle shabby, The shower was tiny, The WiFi didn't work and there were no staff on duty after about 8pm to ask about it. Only one towel per person (no hand towelsa) was provided so it was difficult to dry my hair after showering,

The cleanliness was ok and the staff friendly.
The facility (rooms, bathrooms) is old and does not make you feel comfortable like competitors do for a very similar price. The breakfast again, very simple compared to competitors.

Very close to highway
Basic facilities were unavailable in room. No kettle, No coffee. Room were stinky and very tiny. Bed were not at all comfortable. There were sound which getting in every 30 mins, entire night it was troubling a lot.

A transit hotel in the middle of a business park on the edge of town. Electric chargers on the forecourt of the hotel
Why is self check so complicated and this one includes not only getting into the hotel but paying for the room as well. Hotel needs to make clear what reference number means.
