Disappointing
The hotel was in a good location for us as we just wanted a stopping off point whilst travelling through France to the UK. Breakfast was reasonable, The bed was reasonably comfortable and the room was clean, .There were no facilities but there was a nice restaurant across the road,
Having stayed in a nice B&B hotel outside Lyon, this one was disappointing, The room was smaller, more expensive and a liitle shabby, The shower was tiny, The WiFi didn't work and there were no staff on duty after about 8pm to ask about it. Only one towel per person (no hand towelsa) was provided so it was difficult to dry my hair after showering,

This is our 4th stay and things seem to have deteriorated since our last stay. Staff not so friendly, public areas need a clean , broken toilet seat and a problem with plumbing that meant a trickle of water in basin

The cleanliness was ok and the staff friendly.
The facility (rooms, bathrooms) is old and does not make you feel comfortable like competitors do for a very similar price. The breakfast again, very simple compared to competitors.

Perfect as a one nighter in transit on way to Italy..we have an EV and can charge overnight at the hotel. Breakfast is good value given it also offers scrambled egg and bacon
The getting in and out of the hotel...our 3rd stay and each time a problem …needs updating

The faceless self service check in.
The small room that did not accommodate my husbands disability scooter
The radiator that looked as though it was broken
The toilet seat that did not stay up when you sat on the loo
Breakfast not included in price when that was one of me filters ticked so not good value
