Very Good
Good location, clean, quiet and spacious rooms and kind staff.
- No kettle in the room
- Breakfast was the same every day. It was fresh, but very basic. Not worth it, especially as there is a supermarket nearby.
- Iron and ironing board were not in the room, but had to be borrowed from the reception and carried by oneself to the room and back.

Wonderful
A lovely stay! Hotel room is not to big but very clean and well-kept. The room was incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated the super quiet air conditioning.We found parking place on street - from 7:00 PM - till 9:00 AM it free of charge.

Location
The smell in the room was unbearable (some cheap air freshener?) The breakfast was bad - the space’s too small to accommodate all the people, the only coffee machine’s too slow and some items (like scrambled eggs and cheese) were gone before 9am with no refill whatsoever. Very limited selection.

The location is somewhat far from the old town, but walkable. Too bad that there is no coffee makers provided (with coffee pods).

The staff at the reception have poor communication skills, they couldn't direct us clearly to the hotel parking. we had to drive around the block, ended up in the wring parking and had to back out, then had to return to the for desk to ask for directions and with insistence we got a map and proper instructions. The person at the desk treated us like idiots and was rude.

-Very clean and neat accommodation.
-Friendly staff. Special thanks to the gentlrman who was on night shift reception duty on 9th Aug 2025. He was very helpful and friendly.
-Good paid underground parking less than 5min walk away.
-No extraction in the bathroom.
-TV channels only accommodate french speaking guests.

Breakfast was fine, however, coffee could have been improved. The location is really perfect for a walk in Dijon.
The supposed 26 square meters of the studio have nothing to do with the reality, the size hardly reaches the standard hotel room size. There was such a strong smell of the cleaning products, it was almost impossible to be in the room. The cups were dirty, the tap of the kitchenette was full of detergent, I tried to wash it off but in the end just gave up burning my hands with who knows what they were cleaning. There is even no trash bin in the room, only a tiny one in the bathroom and no stand for luggage either, the hanger is only for one coat.
There is a constant noise of the ventilation, which doesn't go away even if you take out the room card.

A big enough room for the family, a nice breakfast, and a perfect location, just a 10-minute walk from Dijon downtown. There is plenty of street parking (4€/24h) in case their garage is full.

The room is simple but spacious and convenient for a stay of more than a one night stop. It was clean and the location is very good, near public transportation and a short walk from the center of the city. They have appliances downstairs at the reception that you can borrow when you need them. We used the toaster, iron and ironing board.

We stayed in a one bedroom family apartment. It was basic, but enough for our short stay to explore Dijon. The hotel has a garage (additional charge, but reasonable), and you have to reserve in advance. Otherwise, there is a public garage three minutes away on foot. We walked to the center, however the bus and tram stops are close by.

Pleasant
We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. It's also a big plus that the hotel is both pet-friendly and child-friendly, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable.
We were disappointed that parking was advertised, but when we asked at the reception, we were told there was no parking available. We had to park on the street instead. The shower water was cold, which was uncomfortable. The room itself was very warm, and the air conditioning wasn’t working, so we had to leave the window open to cool down, which also let in a lot of light from the street. Additionally, the rooms were not well soundproofed, so it was quite noisy at times.

Great property in the center of Dijon. We stayed there on our way to and from Spain. It's great that they have on-site underground parking. They accept pets for a fee. Room is clean and has a small kitchen area that is perfect for preparing a quick meal.

Location was good.
I checked out in the morning and had placed the luggage at the hotel.
Went back in the afternoon, to collect the luggage and leave during this time the receptionist says I left back in the room and gave a sealed packet.
However, I didn't had time to verify but later when I checked neither it belonged to me and very sure that item wouldn't be retrieved from the room I stayed.
So. The staff must be conscious enough to enough from which room the item was retrieved and tag it with correct room number and return accordingly
Therefore, the lady at the reception on Friday 11th 2025 afternoon 3.15PM MUST be careful on these things.
Disappointed with this irresponsible behavior.

Very friendly a'd helpful staff. Clean and good breakfast, very good value for the money. Location has parking in front, and 3 minutes away from parking for EVs. In 10 minutes you are in city center.
