The breakfast selection was great. The location is great
The room is kinda dusty. Plastic cups in the room for coffee Dirty utensils and cups in the breakfast area. Some front desk staff are not friendly. Itchy bed covers The shower area- floor area in the bathroom gets wet when you shower Lastly with the price I paid I dont think its worth it

The room was nice overlooking the port of deauville . Huge TV screen . Nothing to complain about Breakfast was very good also
The staff . Not that I didn’t like , they were respectful but I had a small misunderstanding. At check in , she told me price was extra 45 euro . It was because i asked by message for a complementary 25th wedding anniversary and they I accepted their offer which I didn’t . So she told her colleague to remove the sweets and bottle of champagne from the room . It was not proper thing to do given she misunderstood . Anyway , it would have been a good gesture to keep them

Disappointing
The location is great. Walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and stores. Room had a view on the small harbour, which was nice. Hotel restaurant served good food at a very reasonable price (had dinner there).
The price was way too high for what we got. The room was VERY basic. One little table with one chair for three people. One of our pillowcases was dirty and so were some of the sheets. The bathroom did not have a window, nor any ventilation.

Good location, okay price
Rooms are small. There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room though it was a room for non-smokers. We asked to change the room but the other one also smelled less but the same. The stuff tried to solve this problem with an air filtering machine, but it didn't help.
