Very friendly staff and welcoming.
Great breakfast.
Location is very central.
Access to the premises at all time even no staff is on duty (after 8pm).
2 electric bikes available for hotel guests (upon reservation).
The rooms are spacious enough yet the noise insulation is not top notch.

The hotel is perfectly located in Deauville, just 700 meters from the beach and within walking distance of the city center. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, kind, and attentive – creating a very personal and welcoming atmosphere. Meeting Sultan, the friendly hotel dog, added a special touch and made us feel even more at home.
Our room was lovely, equipped with portable air conditioning to handle the summer heat, and we especially enjoyed spending time in the peaceful patio area. Everything came together to make it feel like a true home away from home.
The bath was a bit outdated rather than this it was really nice

Excellent small hotel in the center of Deauville with well decorated rooms. The front desk staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast was good. The room was well accommodated.
The hotel might benefit from upgrading sound-proofing in some rooms.

Moira and Henry plus Sultan were excellent hosts whom provided advice on where to eat, visit and venues to attend in the area. The room and lobby area were excellent and clean. The venue provided breakfast as an option and it was close to all the tourist attractions in the area. A pastry store in next door and parking was free across the street at the church. Unit was quiet and also provided an outdoor patio area for guests to enjoy and have a drink if they wished. Coffee was complimentary. Will definitely return if back through this area. Highly recommend this location to tourists travelling in the area. Price was very good value for your money.

The staff were so helpful and kind.
The rooms were smallish, but comfortable with a large bathroom. We had a patio room, so we could sit outside with our tea.
The location was in 10 minutes walking distance to everything.
There was free parking at a church about 5 minutes walking away.
The breakfast was continental, but there is a bakery next door.

This is a 2 star hotel. (No boutique at all). Room was very clean, bed comfortable.
The room is small, The bathroom too - small and crowded. There is a narrow, spiral staircase to climb for 2 floors, It is by no means a "boutique" hotel as advertised. Does not justify the high price we paid.
