Disappointing
If you're visiting deauville DO NOT stay at this hotel go to the regular ibis one instead its right mext to the GARE.
Super far from the center 40 minutes walk atleast
Housekeeper didnt clean my room even though i asked both of them to do so and they didn't
You barely find anyone in the lobby and it's also a self check in which is nice but at the same time someone should be there 24/7 incase you have questions

Maybe the location only.
We had booked a room for two adults and one child aged five (the reservation mentioned that the room is suitable for 3 persons not more).
Prior to our arrival, we attempted to contact the hotel multiple times by phone to clarify our situation, as we would also be traveling with an infant aged one. Unfortunately, our calls were consistently unanswered (simply because the receptionist didn'tlike to answer because he had a lot of calls as he mentioned). Upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that the room was only suitable for a maximum of three occupants, despite the fact that our infant, at one year old, would typically not require a separate bed.
It was only after I had completed payment that the receptionist raised the issue of the fourth occupant. When I explained our prior attempts to contact the hotel, he offered no apologies or alternative solutions. Instead, he insisted on charging us an additional €90 for a second room, rather than suggesting a more reasonable option such as a supplementary single bed or cot. His demeanor was unhelpful, and he seemed primarily focused on collecting additional payment, citing hotel policy and insurance coverage.
Upon entering our assigned room, we were further concerned to find a caution note on the bed stating that it was "not suitable for children under 6 years." This directly contradicts the information we provided during booking (a five-year-old child) and further undermines the receptionist's insistence on insurance regulations.
As a result of this mismanagement and lack of helpfulness, we were forced to pay an additional €90 (total €180) for a second room that we did not require and did not include breakfast. This entire experience was highly unsatisfactory and left us feeling exploited.

Bed linen and towels clean. Room clean.
No tea/coffee making facilities.
Only 2 sockets and no usb ports.
Bed was like sleeping on concrete despite the mattress topper.
Sheet to small for bed so came untucked immediately.
Towels tiny and very thin.

The room was clean and one of the cleaners was very helpful. The shower was also good
We did not see any reception staff throughout our entire stay. When booking in to receive my bedroom code the booking stated there were only 2 people staying. There were 3 of us. I had to make the third bed up myself. There was no loo paper in the gents loos on the ground floor. The bed was really hard. There were only 3 pillows and no one to ask for extras.
