The location, building, flower decorations, and food in the restaurant were all excellent. However, we were disappointed with the concierge’s recommendation of Le Drakkar — it did not meet expectations at all.
“Only the manager was well-trained and able to resolve the situation; the rest of the staff were like those at a 2-star motel during the check-in & checkout “ I’m english speaking client & they spoke with me in French.
Was surprised what they charged 50€ for small dog without any notice.

The property is very well located . The bed is very cosy
The staff is very friendly from the spa to reception and the conciergerie they are fantastic
Room service is very nice
We had room 103 which was very noisy because of the piano and that woke our son up BUT the staff was so friendly about it , apologetic very kind and very empathetic so literally cannot fault this place

Pretty good location, access to all shops and town if you like shopping all the brands are there. 5-10 minute walk from stunning beach, allowed on with pets at either end of day but not daytime.
Breakfast was just amazing as far as breakfasts go, the choice just mega.
Quite pricey but we knew that going there so not going to gripe.
Access to car had to be done by hotel staff accompanying you but this was never a problem for them

The wonderful ambience of the hotel, the delicious food in the restaurant (especially the breakfast!), the superb service and friendliness of the staff, the great location (close to the beach and to the town).
Only that it could be easier to book the kids club.

Historical building and “old-school” vibe. Other than the parking problem staff was very nice.
Standard rooms are small and pretty shabby. On weekend there was parking problem and you had to look for a place to park yourself around the town, nearest we found was a long walk.
