We liked the nice welcoming staff and that it was easy to find. The garage parking for the motorbike at the rear of the hotel. The hot shower, spacious comfortable room, air conditioning was quiet and we also had a fan. The pool was clean and it was pleasant to sit around it on the sun loungers. We thoroughly enjoyed a good swim as it was a hot day.
After dinner we had a pleasant walk around the village which we saw had a restaurant in the town square. We ate at the hotel.
The price of eating at the hotel for what you got. The hotel room was more expensive than other similar properties we have stayed in.

Staff were excellent - very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The village is also lovely. Great stopover. Pool looked great.
Beyond the hotel’s control, but their chef had given notice but left early and abruptly a couple of days before our visit. We had booked a table for dinner, and we were offered pre-cooked packed meals (I think they do takeaways) instead, but found a local restaurant. Pool not open but opens mid month, and we knew that.

Hôtel Restaurant Vuillot has a pleasant relaxed atmosphere. The location is a short drive from the A39 autoroute. The hosts and staff are charming and welcoming to guests and the hotel has a family-friendly swimming pool. The food and wine on offer in the restaurant is first class and the breakfasts are excellent. A much better place to stay than the chain hotels on the autoroute. We have stayed several times and are sad to leave when we continue our journey.

Small and simple hotel in a little town. Big pool for the kids, which is great wehn it is 35+ degrees.
Very kind personell. Left the breakfast available for us, although we got up late.
Has a bit of a patina, so to say. But we don’t mind hotels like that while passing through.

Anything at all. The room smelt musty and damp. It was miserable and dark and in need of complete renovation. The shower room had black mould, no towel rail, towels were on a stool. The toilet was in a cupboard at the foot of the bed. Every wall had different coloured, mismatched dingy wallpaper. Earplugs were provided and it was very quickly obvious why! The fact it cost us a €100 for the pleasure was the worst joke ever!
