A full refund was given.
Was uncomfortable from moment we arrived, we appeared to be the only people staying at the property. A lot of the facilities were not available to be used including pool.
Had to use the torch on phone to find the room as no lights on in the very dark hallway. Upon opening the door, the awful stench of mould and mildew was overwhelming. Bathroom was not clean, mould in the shower, no lock on inside of bedroom door.
There was a door in our room to next room which the key lock appeared to be on the other side which did not make me feel comfortable staying there with my child.
Was so bad we walked straight back out and demanded a refund and left the property.

It was clean and comfortable. Some people would think it was a bit like a dormitory but it had a good breakfast selection, the rooms were basic but clean.
It was good value for money and a good location for the beaches.

Perfect location for overnight stay on way back to Calais. Pool was lovely, breakfast was plentiful and staff were friendly.
Room was very basic and not 100% clean. Had to wear flip flops in room at all times.

They stored medication for our grandson and were very helpful twice a day when we had to collect as no fridge in the room so had to be stored in the restaurant. Location was good although too far to walk to the beach with a 5 year old but we did have a car. Beach for families was absolutely fantastic.
Breakfast was ok things ran out very quickly and although staff did their best to replenish we couldn't always get what we wanted. Absolutely zero facilities in room and with a 5 year old this made things a bit difficult. No one came near the room whilst were there for 5 days so by the time we left towels were not nice and bin was completely overflowing. Appreciate that we are English and on holiday in France but it was very difficult to understand how things worked e.g. meals, restuarant, entertainment etc. Nothing was translated. Beds were OK not hugely comfortable and wouldn't have wanted to have stayed any longer.

Clean and close your where we wanted to be
Advertised that there was a Sports Bar, lunch and dinner services, however these were closed as there was a wedding on the Saturday and we were not advised of this. Meant we had to walk for refreshments. Staff were not overly helpful when looking for an alternative

Nothing. It was rubbish. The pictures as seen on booking.com do not relate to where you are going to be sleeping. They show you pictures from what looks like good premises and then put you around the back in what looked to me like prefabs. We left one day early as the accommodation was intolerable.
We discussed this with the manager on-site and they just said no refunds.
Booking.com need to make sure that the accommodation that they are offering is what you are actually going to get. I will be taking this up with booking.com to secure a full refund.
Don’t waste you money coming here, lots of other good places to go to in the area.
Everything. Expected 3 star accommodation, this was not even 1 star. Swimming pool was closed when we arrived. Bar was closed when we arrived. No sound proofing what so ever in the walls of the building. We could hear everything outside. Shower, toilet were passable. Bed was ok. Nothing was clean inside the room. For breakfast which was basic, we were moved off of the dining tables to one which had already been cleared, no napkins knives, forks etc. Nothing was secure, anyone could have walked into the building at any time. Pictures of the accommodation are enclosed so you can see what you are going to get. This picture should be put onto the booking.com website to make it clear what you are going to get.

Disappointing
breakfast was continental style lovely fresh bread and coissants
on checking in we requested a table for dinner for our group but despite the restaurant being open were told it wasn't possible, despite being tired and hungry after a long drive. We sent some of our group to get a Macdonalds take out then were told initially that we could not sit in the outside area to eat it! At this point we pointed out that we could not eat in their restaurant so had no choice but to get our own food. We had hoped to use the pool but it shut at 7pm and didn't reopen until 9am so that too wasn't possible. The rooms were dated, a cracked sink, the flush panel for the toilet fell off the wall when touched, the shower tray had black mould all around the sealant, no tea coffee making facillities, no air conditioning, the curtains had curtain hooks missing so didn't shut well, and despite signs at reception that staff spoke English this was not the case or perhaps she just chose not to when she told us we couldn't use the restaurant.
