Wonderful
It’s an excellent option, especially if you're exploring the Normandy beaches—it’s conveniently located nearby. The quirky interior gives it a unique charm, and the private parking was a big plus.
One of the standout features was the amazing French dining experience offered as an add-on—it elevated the whole stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making everything even more enjoyable.

Wonderful
Breakfast was prepared at tables set out in the bar area, it was cosy and inviting. Simple but fresh, and coffee made for me was excellent. Felt welcomed. The evening meal in the restaurant was splendid and it’s clearly a family run business, food and wine very enjoyable, and a lot of people were there to enjoy their evening meal. I opted for sea food which was great. There was covered parking. Location right on the market square, a stones throw from the chateau, and the Wednesday market.
Hard to say, I think it was fine. The staff very friendly and helpful. I didn’t have any problems apart from needing to borrow an adapter for charging which was gracefully produced!

It was relatively clean and most staff were polite
Room was very basic, it was a cold room with outside temperature of 8c staff refused request for some form of heating. The room had to be cleaned when it suited staff with no care to how this suited the guest.

Staff were excellent and always helpful. Restaurant was good but very limited if you are a Vegetarian.
Parking very limited on-site and not able to pre-book. However a short walk away plenty of free parking.

Breakfast was limited to choice, cheese, ham, cornflakes, bread, pastries, jam, coffee, juice. A few more choices of serials, toast, eggs, would have been nice. Evening meals were very good.

Lovely big family room with annex for the baby. So convenient to pop downstairs to the restaurant for dinner, great food and service. Lovely village to explore.

The food was very good especially the evening meal. Good quality at reasonable prices and excellently cooked.
The building is very old therefore no lift. The stairs are steep and uneven which for older people makes it very difficult. This should be pointed out in the hotel website.
