The view of the Eiffel Tower from the room was spectacular. The metro station was right outside, and the 'Westfield Les 4 Temps' shopping mall was within walking distance (about 12 minutes). We also liked that the room and shower were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. There were enough elevators, and they moved quickly between floors.
The reception area can be very busy, and arranging a connecting room took a very long time, even while we were already guests in the hotel at the time it was requested. Parking was also awful. Because of the events they were hosting at the time, finding a parking space in the underground parking and around the hotel was extremelychallenging.

Very disappointing stay No staff available to assist with luggage so we had to carry it ourselves after a long wait Late checkout was charged without informing us and the front desk claimed it was instruction from the previous shift Staff showed no concern for the delay or the inconvenience caused Service is very slow and guest services are slow to respond I stayed here many times before but this will definitely be my last If you expect clear answers fast service or help with baggage this hotel will surprise you in a bad way

The location of the hotel is within crawling distance of the Metro. So you can go anywhere in Paris with ease.
The hotel had a dark vibe. The rooms were poorly lit. We arrived at 2 PM and they made us wait an hour to get a room at exactly 3 PM. I dont believe that no rooms were available until precisely 3 PM. The toilets dont flush well. The gym’s lifting workstation had a broken piece so it wasn’t fully usable. The carpet in the room needs some shampooing.

Location is an issue and slow and unstable WiFi. Only one issue with a staff member at the gate when I arrived at 14:00 on October 14th, he was simply watching me struggling with my heavy luggage’s and not even offering support. The other guy when I was leaving on October 15 at 16:45 was extremely nice and supportive.

The AC control. It id dummy and has only ON/OFF. I cant set the targeted temperature as 22. I got frozen at night and trued it off.

Location, easy access to metro 1 Decent size of room, view of Tour d’Eiffel
1. Strange and unpleasant smell in the room, kind of body odor mixed with incense. 2. The trash can in the bathroom was so dented with broken padel. One Ethernet socket was also broken. (right on the side extension of the couch, so very visible. Why not remove it as not many people use it nowadays) 3. Only three bath towels were provided, no hand towels or bath mat 4. The most disappointing experience was with one of the lobby staff when we retured back to the hotel at around 10:30pm, he was standing there facing the hotel revolving door and clearly saw us but he didn't greet us or make eye contact, with no facial expression. Such disrespectful and even offensive behaviour we never expect in a 4 star hotel like Melia, yes actually he didn't do or say anything outright, but we got the message he wanted to convey, what a real shame!

Reception was terrible, non-accommodating, had no answers, unhelpful, confused - took 4 staff members to finally check us in HOURS after arrival. Could not even answer where to get coffee outside the hotel while we waited. Kids room smelled like smoke, our room's A/C barely worked. If ever we asked anything to a staff member, they had no way of helping - the biggest DESOLE I've ever encountered - especially given the price.

The property was beautiful and a great location. However, the entrance was hard to find on vehicles are not allowed to drop you out at the front entrance so it’s kind of tricky for Uber drivers to find this location.
There was some hidden fees as we booked our hotel booking and then they charged taxes per day, which was an additional $220 for the time we stayed there. Also, I didn’t like that the location with the Uber driver but other than that everything else was amazing. We loved the breakfast and Tapas in the afternoon.
