Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. They even surprised me with a few gifts because I was there for WWE Clash in Paris, which was very much appreciated and surprising.
The walls were a bit slim, so at times, I could hear my neighbors at night talking on the phone.

Clean, modern, good location next to the train station (10 mins to central Paris), reception open 24/7
Walls are thin - you can hear when people in other rooms are taking a shower. Also Netflix button on the TV didn’t work.

Wonderful
Well arranged and functional hotel. Rooms with a modern touch, comfortable bed, nice air conditioning system that works properly and very clean.
The staff were polite and pleasant.
The hotel and rooms are generally cozy as there is limited space in the building, but that didn't affect my stay at all.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed here for a recent concert and the staff had a fun little competition regarding the band that was playing. Very comfy rooms, and very reasonably priced for a hotel in this area.

Staff were friendly & made us feel welcome.
However, the reason why we chose this hotel as it had AC in the facilities section. Although you could only turn the AC down to 22 degrees, which defeats the whole point in having air conditioning. This was disappointing as we didn't sleep well due to it being too warm.
You should really make this clear in the hotel advert.

The location was easy to access from La Defense, we stayed one night for a concert. We received cookies and water at check in. The building and room were very clean.
My only complaint was the bathroom. In the shower there was no place to put products other than on the ground, and the water was not well contained by the glass partition.
