The room space and equipment were good, WC and shower were big as well. The hotel is close to Tram 2 and there are some cafes and big supermarkets close by.
We booked a twin beds room but we got a double. The guy at the hotel said that there was another alternative room but he couldn't open it so we had to get the double bed one. The wifi was not working when we arrived and the trash in our wc was full!

I like the staff and the manager support and understanding for the customers need , I was feeling comfortable like I was at home
There are no person to help you to take your bags to your room in check- in .
I dont like the room I stay in it was at the first floor , if you open the window you will be at the street ( No privacy ) more than that you can smell the cigarettes at your room at all time up to midnight .

Good space in the room and clean , reflected the price
We had requested check in at 12 , in poor English it was told that check in was at 15, door codes were not clear expect for our room that was clear. 1st person at reception not helpful or friendly , 2nd one later was nice. We also requested via booking a babybed and nothing was set up and I had to ask, then the babybed did not work luckily we had our own. We asked for directions but no help and no map so we figured it out ourselves

Breakfast was very good. Good coffee machine services.
First and foremost , i am extremely surprised that the hotel did not had Airconditioning. I travel the world and this is the first time i experienced . Beds were caving in center and pillows super soft.

They managed to put all you need into the small studio: the kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, stove, fridge. The view is nice too, and the bed is comfy. Even if you don't have breakfast included, you can still get coffee and tea for free.
Unfortunately, the location was not the best - far from the center and a bit gloomy. It was also extremely noisy, especially on the lower floors.

The full equipped kitchen is good. There is a supermarket downstairs. Staff is friendly.
It is NOT in Paris. Its outside of Paris. So need to add to your traffic cost and time into it. Need to take bus or tram to a metro station then go to Paris. There was no lift for three days as our room is on the 7th floor. Feel so terrible to climb the stairs after daily tour. So exhausted. Unfortunately a scary bug was found at the last day of our stay. Killed it but still scary. Reported to the hotel but they did not respond of it. This hotel do not do daily change over and clean. You need to pay extra and get new towels yourself at reception. The shampoo for hair and body are the same as the hand soap. It make the hair very dry and not good. Summer in Paris is too dry and super hot .

Free water and free Coffee was nice. The location is good the tram is 4 min walk from the hotel and it was very useful to have a market close to the hotel. The kitchenette and kitchenware are good.

We were at the 10th floor. For 4 days, out of a 7 days stay, the elevator didn't work. As simple as that.
