Breakfast, location and room excelent
I was given a room designed for persons with low mobility. This was a very bad and disappointing experience since it was almost Impossible to use the sower. Hopefully I was moved to another room at my request

I originally booked this hotel following the good amount of positive reviews I had read about it during my hotel search. It was the closest to our weekend venue, and luckily the most affordable too. I double down on all other reviews, Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and big enough for 2 for a weekend's stay. What we missed was having a minibar to store some water and food in but all was good. Room was warm and though the hotel was close to the railway station, which is also very convenient to travel with, we were not bothered with sound of trains. Breakfast was good every morning 6am-11am on weekends and 6am-10am on weekdays giving you plenty of time. They offer a wide variety of breads, cereals, coffees and jams, scrambled eggs and sausages, cheese, ham and salami and they also had a fresh orange juice machine. A free water fountain was available to use at any time of the day so it was easy to fill up our reusable water bottles whenever needed.
not having a mini bar, but maybe it's expected being a 3 star hotel - however for the 3 stars, it's pretty well kept, nothing else seemed to bother or disappoint us everything was perfect :)

Loved the location and the colors of the hotel. Loved the staff as well: friendly, extremely helpful, warm and of great advice.
The mattress was really hard for us, but we made it work.

I don’t like it , it is the worst feeling I have ever had.
•     The bathroom walls were covered in severe mould, and the ventilation fan was broken, the room's bath room full of musty smell.       •     The carpet was damp and smelled strongly of mildew, and the bed had an overwhelming musty odor.       •     The bed had large bedwetting stains and small trash particles scattered across it. This is not only completely unhygienic, but also deeply disrespectful to customers. It shows a serious lack of attention to basic cleanliness and guest dignity.       •     Both my wife and I experienced skin irritation, and our two young daughters developed multiple red rashes and insect/mite bites overnight. I’d like to respond to your message. You did not offer me the option to change rooms that night, as the hotel was fully booked. You only suggested I could change the room for the following night. I declined and left the hotel because it was already clear that the overall condition of your hotel was far below my expectations. Why would you misrepresent this? Additionally, the attitude of both the reception staff and the manager was very rude and dismissive. In the end, you only refunded me for the night I did not stay, which I was not satisfied with but had no choice but to accept.
