Location.
Very old building with smelly hallways and the unit smelled like sewer upon arrival. O was told it was a dry drain trap in the shower but overall very unimpressed by the price vs quality of the overall experience.

Very clean n modern n new.
A bottle of wine offered.
Very close to the train n bus station n the supermarket n boulangerie n etc.
Two rooms n two bathrooms very convient n comfortable.
Rooms n toilets n showers are on the upstairs.
So must go upstairs to go to toilet.
Elevater is small for 4 of us n our lugguages.

Pleasant
The apartment was comfortable, clean, quiet, everything functioning well. Comfortable beds. A beautiful mountain view. Pleasant sound of the wild river near.
Very unpleasant surprise for check-in. There were no keys in the box for late arrivals. The fifth call worked, we have to pick up receptionist in the next village who was able to open the apartment with another key. A late check out for free was a good compensation.
The corridors in the building were dirty and under reconstruction.
