The views from the apartment are in a word - breathtaking! The apartment itself is nice and cozy with all the requirements of a home. Plus with the absolutely amazing bakery bang opposite the apartment is the 'cherry on top'
No elevator. The apartment is on the second floor and lugging suitcases up 6 sets of stairs requires a herculean effort. Location-wise, the apartment is a bit away from the city-centre. While it wasnt an issue for us as we were driving, we understand that the public transport in Chamonix is quite decent and the train and bus stop to reach to this apartment is about 300 mts away (about 10 mins walk).

lot of noise from people in the other appartments also in the night. The twinbed was a really narrow size for two adults .

Very Good
Easy parking right at the entrance. The spacious balcony with excellent view, the table and chairs. Better than expected based on the photos. Very good for breakfast/dinner. Can be closed by roller shutters in case of bad weather.
The place could be cleaner and needs renovation. The carpets are really crap, some power outlets dangle in the walls. Not enough power outlets. Kitchen utensils below average. Some of the furniture that you see in the photos is locked. Not that it’s a big problem, but would be fair to mention that in the description. As well as UK style sink with separate hot/cold water. Luckily there is another one in one of the bedrooms.
