Great location in heart of Chamonix, walking distance to train station, shopping, restaurants. Staff allowed us to store our luggage despite early arrival, and again the next morning so that we could take an early trip up the Aiguilles-du-Midi cable lift, We left wishing we could have stayed longer.

It is one of the best places we have stayed. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was well decorated, clean and spacious. The washroom has a very user friendly shower. Located in the centre of chamonix it is an ideal place to access all amenities.

We had to change the hotel because they didn't give us the room numbers as they were indicated, and the staff said that they can't give us another number because they no longer have them. Breakfast was tasty, it was clean, but the administrator was irresponsib

We booked other types of rooms, but because of the flight we were delayed by more than a day and in the end they gave us some rooms that did not correspond to what we booked and they just told us that they did not have free numbers and I can solve anything, I hate everything!!!!
