Fantastic location, Tidy room, friendly staff, great lounge/bar area, best breakfast I've had in the Alps. Staff was very accommodating and brought a shower stool to my room when I needed it after a ski accident took out my knee. I used the sauna on a previous stay and this is really nice.
The available handicap/accessible room had only one bed so we stayed in a regular room (just one night so this was accessible ). It would be really great if there were an accessible room with two beds.

Everything staff are all amazing especially Lea from the reception. She helped me a lot during my luggage problem at the airport.

Comfortable bed , great location , heating in the room was excellent
The shower was great too, and the water was always hot, which is amazing
The housekeeping is always perfect and excellent
The room is always clean
The room has so many shelves which is very good and helpful and I like that there were many hangers in the room and inside the bathroom
The room color and decoration is something I really liked. It was very cozy.
The staff and the food and drinks at the hotel’s restaurant is great.
I could hear the people talking and laughing in the room next to me so maybe improvement in soundproof should be considered between rooms

the location right at the centre . close to everything. the breakfast was good and wholesome.
the room was clean and the housekeeping was efficient.
breakfast should have had eggs to order instead of scrambled eggs everyday. had mountain facing rooms but not facing the snowclad mountains .

Great location, centrally located near shops, restaurants and all of the attractions. We used a family room, which was the perfect amount of space. Don't miss the historic significance of the hotel and its famous mountaineering inspiration!
