The Park Hotel Suisse & Spa is a family-run hotel with traditional design. Located in the city center of Chamonix, it offers a roof-top spa with a panoramic view over the Mont Blanc. The spa includes an outdoor swimming pool & 2 hot tubs, two saunas, Turkish bath, massage rooms and a relaxation room. Also on the roof top our summer bar ! The spa includes a sensory shower. Access to our spa is not available before check-in and after check-out. Access to the spa is included in each of your reservations subject to availability, maximum capacity of 40 people. Children from 3 years to 16 years old are allowed at the SPA only from 10h30 to 12h30, but only under supervision of an adult and in accordance with our spa being a place for well-boing. Children under 3 years Old are forbidden at the spa. The hotel has comfort rooms, superior rooms and standard rooms. All have a mountain view and most have a balcony. They are equipped with a private bathroom, separate toilet, hairdryer, mini bar, satellite TV, telephone and safe. A buffet breakfast is served daily. Guests can enjoy the hotel shaded terrace and order a selection of drinks and snacks from the bar. Happy hours are available from early evening, cocktails and plates of regional specialties, including a selection of cheeses and cold cut meats, can be served. The hotel features a fitness center with a rowing machine, a treadmill, an exercise bike, a cross-trainer and weights. Gym classes are available for an extra charge. The Park Hotel Suisse is opposite the Tourist Information Office and only 164 feet from the bus stop, where shuttles take guests to all ski elevators in Chamonix. License Number(s): 2.30

Location
I booked a triple superior room sleep 3 with a balcony for $3,000 They gave me a triple room standard, tucked in a corner without view. Much smaller in square footage. I immediately exited the room and walked downstairs to speak to the manager. To No avail. I spoke to him several times and for 3 days. The rest of my family could not stay there as it was too small. We found another hotel for them.

The location was very close to the train station and city centre. It truly was a perfect location. Nice rooftop jacuzzi, spa and bar with fantastic views.

Location, good WiFi and lovely patio. Love being in the middle of Chamonix. Very short walk to most cable cars, gondolas and trains.
The room we booked, 8 months before we arrived, was different in the pictures and square feet than the one we were put in. I’m overall very happy with booking on this platform, but you really need to stand your ground if something’s not correct once you arrive. Lots of excuses by staff but finally admitted the discrepancy.

Wonderful location close to the train station yet away from the noise and main streets. Spectacular rooftop spa with a great lap pool, hottubs, and saunas. Large room and spacious bathroom with tub. Very comfy bed and pillows. Excellent staff. An easy walk everywhere.
There was no AC and it was staggeringly hot in the room on the sunny side of the hotel. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan and stayed very humid.

Location is absolutely perfect. The pool has a wonderful direct view of the mountains, you swim and you're looking at the French Alps in front of you, it's a beautiful and memorable experience. The spa is open and available for free. I LOVED the breakfast !! There is a generous and good variety of options to eat, with delicious and local ingredients. You feel the real Alps Mont Blanc atmosphere in the hotel.

The rooftop spa and hot tub setup is unparalleled. Beyond the views, the location really shines. The property is situated directly next to restaurants, bars, and attractions, both summer and winter.
The property doesn't have air conditioning, but still remains comfortable with the mountain breeze.
