The Park Hotel Suisse & Spa is a family-run hotel with traditional design. Located in the city center of Chamonix, it offers a roof-top spa with a panoramic view over the Mont Blanc. The spa includes an outdoor swimming pool & 2 hot tubs, two saunas, Turkish bath, massage rooms and a relaxation room. Also on the roof top our summer bar ! The spa includes a sensory shower. Access to our spa is not available before check-in and after check-out. Access to the spa is included in each of your reservations subject to availability, maximum capacity of 40 people. Children from 3 years to 16 years old are allowed at the SPA only from 10h30 to 12h30, but only under supervision of an adult and in accordance with our spa being a place for well-boing. Children under 3 years Old are forbidden at the spa. The hotel has comfort rooms, superior rooms and standard rooms. All have a mountain view and most have a balcony. They are equipped with a private bathroom, separate toilet, hairdryer, mini bar, satellite TV, telephone and safe. A buffet breakfast is served daily. Guests can enjoy the hotel shaded terrace and order a selection of drinks and snacks from the bar. Happy hours are available from early evening, cocktails and plates of regional specialties, including a selection of cheeses and cold cut meats, can be served. The hotel features a fitness center with a rowing machine, a treadmill, an exercise bike, a cross-trainer and weights. Gym classes are available for an extra charge. The Park Hotel Suisse is opposite the Tourist Information Office and only 164 feet from the bus stop, where shuttles take guests to all ski elevators in Chamonix. License Number(s): 2.30

Staying was wonderful, the amenities of the spa were top notch, we didn't stay long as Chamonix was a quick stop for us between Lake Como and Paris, but we are so glad that we got to experience the hotel even for us a few days.

The room was large and the lobby/bar was welcoming
The spa facilities need attention - hot tubs were look warm and outdoor pool has strange access. This space has so much potential!

the location was good and it has a good gym
the staff (bar one) were rude. The rooms are tiny and for €450 per night there was not even a glass, only a paper cup, and no conditioner. The rooms and hotel is tired but they are clearly not aiming for loyalty.

1. Room which was provided was I believe facing the kitchen, we could not open the windows during our stay as the smell of cooking was very disturbing. 2. We have been provided with very smelly blankets and bed sheet. 3. The access to the hotel entrance is very difficult and no clear description was provided. 4. Although we sent several messages for the early check in and/or for late check out (12pm) the reception staff were very rood. Sure I will book with them again

Not a fan of carpet or the furry throw at end of the bed or decorative throw pillows. Just a personal thing but I feel they aren’t hygienic and probably don’t get laundered often. Breakfast was good but could be a little cheaper or even offered at room cost as many hotels do

The location was good. We walked with our luggage from the train station, and there was not too much uphill. The location was convenient to the heart of the dining district. We had a nice view of the mountains to the north, and enjoyed some time on the deck. The bed was comfortable, room spacious enough, staff was pleasant, and we were made to feel at home.
The spa was not quite what we had expected. We had hoped for hotter saunas (only 85 degrees) and hot tubs, and a bit more privacy for the saunas. It's nice to have a view from the sauna and to have light coming in, but it feels a little like you are on display the way the glass walls face the exterior pathways.
