the room was very clean. Great breakfast. Great mojito.
it's a 20 minutes bus ride to town and bus times are limited and must start at the central bus stop. If you miss the bus to the hotel, the nearest stop is a 10 minutes walk.They will shuttle you to town for free, but didn't tell me about the service when I arrived. Ask for a room off the highway. The hotel is right off first highway.

The young atmosphere, the rich breakfast, the air conditioning keeping room temperature at 21 while outside it was 30 degrees. The swimming pool and the sauna.
If the shower hose in the bath room is extended by 50cm, it will make showers for people taller than 180cm much more pleasant.

The room was cool and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The area was amazing. And the shuttle system was incredibly helpful!
I might recommend some kind of a mat in the entrance of the pool area to avoid slips.

It has some deferred maintenance issues and some in room repairs needed.

New feel, great theme and public areas.. cool vibe, great breakfast. Comfortable rooms/bed.. even bus stop in parking lot that goes directly to Chamonix Center. Great hotel- would stay here again.

William from reception was very friendly and helpful, fountain water is a plus , also the thin girl I forgot her name from reception was so nice upon checking in and out

The lounge area is something that other hotels could learn from! Amazing atmosphere, lots of things to do for both adults and kids
Rooms themselves were rather old, could use some renovation. But other than that, everything was great

Amazing location and very helpful staff. We were there in the off season and they even upgraded our room. Lots of little perks like shuttle service and holding bags after check out if needed.

The bed is comfortable and has good-quality bedding.
The shuttle is good, but you need to book it first. It only goes to Chamonix town and its ski resorts, not to other ski resorts.
There are too many doors inside the room, I don't understand how they are designed, the room is not big, why does it need so many doors inside...
