The location was close to the city centers
The pool indoor pool and hot tub were not warm. Elevator was small and very slow. The room was not like the pictures on their sight. I accidentally left a bag with my hairdryer and curling iron. It was stolen by our housekeeper who denied finding it.

While the property markets itself as a premium accommodation, the facilities unfortunately fall short of that standard.
The wellness area is let down by the fact that they only offer a barrel sauna. Because of their cylindrical shape, barrel saunas have notoriously poor heat distribution, meaning your upper body overheats while your feet stay completely cold. Furthermore, the cramped layout makes it nearly impossible to stretch out and properly relax like you would in a traditional sauna room.
The gym is, frankly, a disaster. It looks incredibly aesthetic and modern, but it completely lacks functional equipment for a real workout. For goodness' sake, a hotel of this caliber needs to invest in at least a proper set of dumbbells going up to 25kg.
Finally, I stayed here over my birthday. For a self-proclaimed premium accommodation—especially being located in France—the lack of any acknowledgment was a letdown. A simple, thoughtful gesture like a complimentary bottle of wine, cider, or even apple juice left in the room would have made a huge difference in the overall experience.

I absolutely loved the location of our building(hotel). It was perfect to walk to the city center and train. It was even close enough for us to walk to the bus station. We chose this hotel because it was our end destination for the Tour Du Mont Blank thru hike. I wanted to stay someplace that was luxury and a spa! Daphne is one of the best!!! Because of her I had no lactic acid build up or pains from the hike. Her co worker gave my mom her massage and she was also excellent! We loved our room and the little balcony! Perfect!!! The house keeper also gave us amazing info on our next leg of the trip! Her recommendations and info really helped us! Thank you! (I am sorry I forgot names)
I know there was a heat wave...and they did provide a fan to the room...but needed more fans. I also didn't ask for a 2nd one.

Service was amazing, we stayed a night before and after our tmb hike, we got to Chamonix early on our last day let us check in at 11:30 am witch is crazy, rooms were great and the sauna, spar and pool were a great way to spend the day after 10 days on the trail, they also stored our bag full of luggage for us for 5 euros a day while we were out hikibg

Great location. Close to downtown but far enough away to be quiet at night.
Comfortable beds
They were super helpful in arranging a reasonably priced car for 6 people from and back to Geneva.
We visited in the summertime and closing the pool, sauna area at 8pm was a bit early.

Location is great
The property advertises the spa to be included in the price. The spa has limited opening hours. In the summer, it closes at 8pm. So if you plan on dinning out, you have a very limited window to actually enjoy it. We barely got 30min of it. For the price of the room, the overall services are not worth it.
