The unit itself was as advertised, with updated appliances and bathrooms. This unit would probably be fine for a younger client for a summer or winter active getaway.
The proprietor's competence / honesty is questionable. 1) Upon arrival, there was major renovation work taking place on an adjacent building with much noise and equipment in our parking area, which we should have told about. The contractor came on his own to apologize to us, and assured us that he notified the proprietor of this project prior to its start 2 weeks earlier. The proprietor told us that they only learned about the project 2 days earlier. 2) The exterior access stairs were encrusted with pigeon droppings. The proprietor told us that the stairs were cleaned weekly, but assured us that it would be cleaned up as it made access to the unit difficult, especially with luggage. The stairs were never cleaned during our stay. 3) The proprietor stressed that as the unit was in a shared structure, we needed to be quiet out of respect for the other tenants. During our stay, one of the tenants kept us awake until 2:am with loud thumping music and partying. Please note that this property is located up a steep hill from town; if you have young legs, the climb should be no problem. If you have any age, respiratory, and / or orthopedic issues, you may want to reconsider renting this unit.

Location near to cable car was good, apartment facilities were very good
Didnt realise extent of hill to get to apartment from town. A big challenge for some of us older skiers. Also emptying the bins at the bottom of the hill was a 30 min round trip

Location was very close to the Brevent lift. Easy access to the mountain and hiking trails. Also a beautiful view of Mont Blanc from the kitchen. Apartment was a perfect stay for our family of 6. We can't wait to return!

The flat was very well equiped, with everything we could have wanted. The welcome pack was well received and the flat was warm when we arrived.
The parking was a bit limited. We were two parties of friends, and only one parking space was available to us,

Location is great, distance to skilift is walkable. To town also no problem. Apartment is really nice, spaceous with a group of 4, comfortable and clean.
The entrance is by a somewhat dirty concrete stairway and than through a hall of another house. When we arrived it got us a little worried, but it is not a real problem since within the apartment its great.
