The location and view.
The beds and bedding could have been more comfortable. The decor was dated. The complimentary breakfast left at our door was basic and there was no choice (although we were there in the off season).

Room was not clean (dust on the floor and walls), shower not cleaned (even soap of earlier customer still left in), kitchen needed renovation, small/narrow parking slots

Location staff and size of property were exceptional with the exception of the kitchen.
It would have been difficult for a longer stay without an oven and a bigger kitchen to prepare family meals. Beds were a bit hard for me.

Everything about this property was perfect. Great location, walkable to town/restaurants/spa. Front desk was always helpful with our questions regarding transportation and directions. Breakfast was perfect and cheerful. Rooms were spacious and very clean. View was amazing!

Reminder: Most all lifts and attractions shut down mid September!
Really big room, with separate living room, separate bedroom, full kitchen and microwave/convection oven. Amazing views of Mont Blanc and the Alps! Big walkout balconies to enjoy the view. Just out of the main part of town but just a 6 minute walk and you're into the heart of Chamonix. 20 minute interesting walk through town walk and you're at Aguille de Midi. Big open area where paragliders landing next to hotel. Wi-Fi was good, not much shower pressure, but all in all, a nice big place to stay. Car parking available. No included breakfast, and no real dining, but town is close enough and many many options there. Slightly older and dated a bit, but still very very comfortable way more affordable than other options. Enjoyed our stay.

Excellent view from balcony. Clean and big enough rooms. Equipment in the kitchen. Great pool and gaming room. You can have massage too. It was a great and i can recommend this hotel to everyone.

Spacious apartment with fabulous views. Comfortable bed. Quiet dark bedroom for a good sleep. Great to be able to use laundry to wash clothes and hang on a mobile rack in our room.
Wi fi wouldnt work on my phone in the hotel room but ok on husbands android phone. Had to organise my own taxi as was told by Hotel receptionist that they would not come at 5.30 am.
