Wonderful
Fantastic location! Spacious Apartment. Great Value. Perfect for 2 friends. Beautiful balcony space. As long as you're there for vacation and not work, it's the perfect spot. Host was very responsive.
Only negative was the wifi -- both of us were working remotely and we struggled to run simultaneous video calls. The host was very responsive in trying to fix it, but it was never as good a connection as we needed.

Location & convenience to city center, restaurants, grocery store, & lifts. Building and area around flat were quiet. All instructions were detailed, very clear and staff responded very quickly to my questions.
Pillows were hard.

B-fast was good. we have had better in other hotels but considering the fact that this is not a regular hotel, it was better than our expectations.

The major complaint is not about the appartment but about the very difficult interface to communicate withBooking. For
in this page is hebrew and I find it very difficult to write English because the text is misplaced and the whole message is a mess as you can probably notice. At this point I quit my effort to complet5e my report. instance I spent too much time on writingthis report. your default language.

Large, stylish flat with two bedrooms and a big social living room area very close to the Main Street Chamonix. Very (2mins walk) to the big Super U supermarket that had everything!! Large comfortable bed in the main bedroom. We really liked the open space living room where we ate family dinners (big table and 6 chairs) and socialised. Small but well equipped kitchen with all the equipment (dishwasher, micro, oven and both filter and capsule coffee makers).
Only (small) improvements would be better lighting in the bathroom (that otherwise was really good) since it was difficult to do makeup there and/or a mirror (preferable full length) in the main bedroom (to do makeup there instead). The mirror in the toilet was too high up for me (I am short :)). Another tiny (!) thing would be a soap dish for the main bathroom. The accommodation provides small hand soaps for the bathrooms (that we really like) but there is nowhere to put the soap on in the main bathroom.

Check inn was really terrible, as I couldn't find the key room and no reply from staff same time. As the check inn instruction was missleading and putting different photos than should be in real fact.
Awful smell in the corridor on our way to appartment.

the property was in a great location , and very clean , and well stocked , everything you needed.
The second bedroom was not big enough , it said two single beds , but they where tiny beds !!not big enough for two teenagers !! one had to sleep on the sofa so not ideal .

Location was very central. Main shopping street and supermarket down the street. Parking very convenient as you could go in and out even if the parking lot was full
The water in the bath tub was a bit brownish. Not sure if that's just from the water supply. But the jacuzzi has some funky colors.
