The first room to which we were assigned was terrible. However, when we were finally placed in the proper room, it was excellent. Great location.
The fact that despite our reservation for a room on one floor, we were placed in a room tha was on two floors. The bedroom was upstairs and bath downstairs. The floors were connected by a very narrow staircase. It was very warm in the room, but the window couldnt be fully opened because it was over the bed. There was a fan in the room, but no place in which to plug it.

Great location right in the city center and view of the Mont Blanc. We had the two bedroom appartment which was fully equipped. Beds were OK for just one night. We also had breakfast at the hotel where you have to check in ( Faucigny ) which had a good variety of food. Maybe some more fruit choices would have been great. We parked at parking Biolay (18 euros a day) which was only 10 minutes walking.

Good location within walking distance to everything. Just as expected from the description and photos
The lighting could be improved with higher wattage bulbs. Instruction manuals for the stove/oven would be helpful.

The view was amazing! It is a block of the Main Street and very close to many different things. The room was very clean and they even came and cleaned between days.
It is located right next to a grocery store so at 4:30am the deliveries were being made to the loading dock. It would have been nice to have a laundry available
