Positives: - Responsive management team; I informed them that there were only 3 (all different) wine glasses. A set of 4 was delivered.
Negatives: - Strict rules; If you do not leave by the time set for departure, a fine of 250E per hour may be charged. - Ageing building - Odd smell in internal stairwell area - Cluttered unit living area with lots of mismatching furniture pieces - Dirty loose-lay carpets with animal hairs! (stuck to socks and other items) - Front door mat curling with age - Lots of mold in bath-shower - Dirty kitchen tiles near base - Damaged furniture - Broken shower wand rod connection at base - Broken under-sink garbage bin connector Note: I informed management of a few of the items above, stating that it should not be necessary for paying guests to tell them what is wrong. They should inspect and remedy beforehand.

I’ve stayed in various places in Chamonix over the years some apartments and some small Mozets but this was the largest which I liked the space plus the kitchen was excellent for cooking as a runner this is very important to me for eating healthy
It did get a little cold at night as the outside temperature did drop I turned the radiators on but there wasn’t much heat coming out

Great view from the stay, facing all the mountains. Quite large space to relax with all necessary facilities. Staff are responsible and react quickly.

Excellent location , no breakfast provided. Very well stocked kitchen.
There was slightly too much furniture in the apartment making it a bit overcrowded. It was interesting having a full Chinese furnished apartment, but a little alpine finishing added to it would have been more cosy.

The property is a perfectly positioned apartment across the road from the main Brevent lift, this was our second time to Chamonix and we purposely booked this location to avoid the need for using the bus. The management of the apartment is brilliant from MyCAY, very good communication and organisation - we would definitely re book with them. Its a short downhill walk in to the main area of Chamonix which has a huge selection of bars / restaurants / shops to choose from.

Amazing location! Just a few mins walk from the big Brevent gondola. Wonderful view over the mountain. Wrap around balcony. Must be awesome to sit there during summer looking at the view. Big and well equipped kitchen. Big comfortable sofa bed in living room. Very convenient parking. Big garage with easy access. Only 5-10mins walk to town. Going home from town was going up a big hill but that was not a problem for us at all (I know some people commented on it in reviews, but what did they expect? It clearly says in the information when booking the accommodation).
The only improvement would be better (darker) curtains in the living room. My son stayed in the sofa bed in the living room and he said that the curtains did not block out the light sufficiently to sleep well.

Great location next to the Brevent ski lift. Sun in the balcony all day and a great view. Includes Underground parking. Good ski room. Apartment has a good planning and interesting interior.
Hill to the center where all the restaurants are is quite steep. Remenber to take your own shampoo.

The location is great to ski in Brévent (literally 2 minutes away from the gondolas) and right next to a bus station if you want to move around. However, the direct path from apartment to downtown is a steep and long way up/down. the building itself It is well equipped with a ski storage, a garage (!! limited to 2m to consider if you have a roof rack or box!!) in a calm neighborhood. Open view on the mountains.

Good
Spacious comfy apartment with a good view of Mont Blanc, weather permitting. Mme Pinon, the "guardian" was very helpful and friendly. It's a good place to stay.
The batwing door into the kitchen. All rather impersonal, the hill climb to reach the apartment from the city centre, towels only changed once a week.
