The amenities were top-notch, and so was the location. The proximity to the cable cars, including the Aiguille du Midi, was outstanding. Breakfast started early, which was a great perk for early risers.
Our room was quite worn out, which was unexpected given the price point. Most rooms with views of Mont Blanc also overlook the pool and restaurant so some level of noise should be expected until around 10 pm, which is the restaurant's closing time. I also would have appreciated knowing in advance that parking needed to be reserved ahead of time.

Exceptional
Right by bus stop and easy walk to Aguille de Midi and downtown. Staff was excellent. Slushies upon arrival.
Expensive to store luggage - 10 € per day per bag.

Restaurant and bar staff were great, as was the spa facility.
Premium was charged for a view room, which was over the patio bar and restaurant area, incredibly noisy. The first night there was actually a band until 11pm. Rest of time there was loud music until 11. If you're a late night party person, that's great.
Many things were broken in the room, which was pointed out to the front desk. They were of no help. The roo. Was also dirty. A lot for $500/night.

Немного усталый отель. Но чуть-чуть. И в номерах (по крайней мере в тех, в которых мы жили) не было кондиционера. Мы были в жару - было душновато.

Nice location. Hotel is older than pictures show. Still nice clean. Restaurant on site is nice.
Waiters in restaurant at dinner not helpful if you don't speak French or German. No printed menus.

No AC in summertime, extremely loud for all the rooms on the side of the hotel facing the road. Water in the bathroom wasn't working - took a day to fix

Convenient to downtown and hiking trails, restaurants, etc.
Looking at the picture of the empty pool above, when we arrived yesterday add about 75-100 people jammed into the pool and spa area shown. Way too crowded.

Large room in excellent condition. Plenty of place for storage. Nice view of Mont Blanc with balcony. Refrigerator and safe, both spacy and in good working condition. Pool and SPA not used.
There are too few chair or armchair (only one for a double room!). Continious flow of fresh air right on top of the bed and no possibility to turn it off.

I had a triple room for one on the Mt. Blanc side. The room was spacious with plenty of storage. The room had a nice size balcony with an outstanding view of the mountains. I did use the available steam room or sauna but I did use the pool and the hot tub, which were very clean and relaxing, Breakfast was good with a nice variety of things to eat and drink. They do an outstanding job of making up the room every day, you don’t have to ask. All the staff were friendly. A major bus stop is steps away from hotel, and there is a short walk to Aguille du Midi station and Centre ville.

Location, ski shop
Spa overcrowded with large ski group. Room was hot and no ability to reduce temperature , no low sugar , low cholesterol foods, not diabetic friendly menu items for breakfast
