Location is not a Center but very nice green area. Stuff was very friendly and extremely supportive
Breakfast is poor. Facility is required renovation. Spa is very slippery and old

It was comfortable with lovely views and nice to have a spa after skiing
The woman at the desk was very rude on the first day and made me feel very uncomfortable about staying there. On the second day we went to the bar which was really lovely before our dinner only for her to again be very strange towards us as there was a private party in the bar so we couldnt be there (there wasnt very many staying at the hotel so it was odd we couldnt sit at the bar whilst the party took over the rest of the space). All in the hotel is fine and everyone else was nice!

The general situation next to the ski lifts, the view from the room and the quiet golf surrounding . And the breakfast.
The TV did not work properly, which was really minor for us.

Friendly staff, new and modern gathering areas lobby and such. Our room was a double , looked like it was half renovated. Beautiful views.
Light switch in the room was falling off the wall. The elevator button labels had tape pealing off . Our Bathroom looked half renovated. The sink was brand new and the shower fixtures were literally plastic and looked 30 years old. The shower head barely worked , covered in calc and grime needs to be cleaned badly. I used the hand held sprayer instead of the shower head on the wall it was too gross to be clean water. Just didnt scream 3 to me. The whole place was a weird combo of what warranted renovation and what was completely ignored. The rest of the room was clean. Room 34

Panoramic mountain view from the most basic room available. Beautiful shower and bathroom. Comofrtable beds and pillows. Location next to the excellent Flegere lifts.
Could maybe explore a couple of english channels on the TV (for the kids more than anything). Literally this is a stretch though. The hotel was a golf spa so... it really isn't a deal breaker. Bring iPads for your kids in the evening.
