Hotel close to train station and skı bus. Rooms are clean and new. Rooms are big. Love the lobby decoration. Staff is helpfull.
Only thing there is no elevator.

Perfect location, great people, very comfortable. They were able to offer us a free upgrade on our room. Very cozy and historic; would highly recommend! just steps away from ski rental at Ravanel and Flegérè!

Lovely accommodation, clean, and conveniently close to bus station(Approximately 15 min away from Chamonix center by bus). The room we had for the two nights stay had an amazing view to the mountains. Overall, charming hotel.

Room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Coffee was great. Breakfast looked wonderful although we didn’t eat there. We are vegan so the options were few, otherwise it would be perfect for the average traveler.

Hotel was very nice and well kept in a nice location for skiing
We got the 4th floor and bringing up the bags was horrible. We couldnt control the room temperature and had to sleep with the window open. Garage remotes didnt work. Room was small and too hot

WE had the family room with the mezzanine which was veyr nice. The hotel was right near train in and very short walk to ski rental and Le Flegere lift making it all very convenient. It was one stop away from Chamonix on the train which was also super convenient. The staff was very nice and the hotel was decorated very charmingly and was very romantic for the holidays
There is no elevator and our mezzanine family room was up 3 fights of stairs. It was fine for us but might be hard for those with limited mobility. The Mezzanine room within our family suite was up a very steep flight of stairs and the room had low ceilings. It was also quite loud with the wind at night.

Very cute hotel, beautiful furnishings and ambiance in the public areas. Great breakfast buffet. The surroundings are beautiful to explore. Great 30 minute walk to the center through a nature park along the creek. I got a beautiful little room with a balcony facing Mont-Blanc. It was an amazing experience watching the sunrise and sunset on this spectacular mountain
There is a train station next to the hotel. The bells start ringing at 7 in the morning an continue every half an hour till 9 at night, even on Sunday.

The breakfast was a traditional french breakfast and very yummy. The bar downstairs had a wonderful happy hour. Both of the receptionists that were working during our stay were incredibly helpful and kind! Our room was gorgeous. It had a wonderful view of Chamonix and a balcony to sit on. The room was incredibly clean.
