Everything. The location of the hotel is the best. Supermarket spar shop just 1 min by walk . All summits behind you just 10 min by walk . The river sound is the best experience about the hotel.. all crew are smiling and supporting. Breakfast is delicious ( the eggs )
No air conditioning.. but i don't feel hot inside . I was here end of july

Location is good and breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful and nice.
The room was too warm as there is no air conditioning. The first night there was a band playing nearby and it was noisy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby area was great--coffee, tea, and water available with several nice sitting options both inside and out.
It took a very long time for the shower water to get hot, though if we started soon enough, it did get there. The shower was also very small.

Car Parking was good and location easy to find. Staff made us very welcome with free coffees and treats at 4oclock. Straight out the hotel door and you were right on the main street for Chamonix.

Location and view are very good. In the reception they offer coffee and water all the day.
Old and the toilet was not clean, there is no condition and you can’t keep the window open as There are no screens, so insects can easily get into the room.

Best location for a hotel. Great amenities (tea, sauna).
Samar was very rude and I didn’t like her attitude. I paid for a room with a balcony above the river but the room they gave me was far back with a view of the muddy courtyard instead of the river. They did not change my room or give me a discount for false advertising. Samar said other people had the same complaint.
They should be HONEST and have two different types of balcony rooms—ones with a full mountain and river view and ones with a partial mountain and river view.
I did not like the deception of the advertising.

Location was nice to be close to airport. Clean, comfortable bed, great staff. Pizza place 5 minute walk had great pizzas!
Planes are loud and woke me up, but it is right by the airport. You will hear planes a few times. Also, I had to pay city tax upon arrival and they did not take a card or have change for the cash I gave them. It was only a few over so I let it go, but a different payment method would have been nice.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Happy for you to be there. The hotel was clean and just so beautiful. Our room had a door to the shared balcony and let me tell you it was the most magical experience to step out and see all of the alps and Mont Blanc right out your door.
The plumbing is a little loud on the room when others are using but not terrible.

The breakfast has such a huge variety of food. I loved having tea and coffee always available. The staff was so kind and helpful. I really appreciated being able to leave my bags before check in. Beds were great.
