It was the best value we found for our dates. Appreciated leaving luggage here for free for the duration of our hike.
It is a distance from the center. The facilities are basic. The breakfast is very basic. More like a hostel. Bathroom was often in use.

This is a dormitory, so I am not going to compare it to a hotel. For a dormitory, it has great outdoor space and a downstairs dining room, but the rooms are simple, with creaky bunk beds. That's ok because it's a dorm but just want you to know you'll be sharing a room with other people!

It has basic amenities, even USB outlets in the room.
Awful smell from in room toilet. No response from the staff for every message I sent. The location is not in town center. Shared toilets are occupied most of time.

The location was great, close to the center of town and the Chamonix tunnel
The smell of sewage in the bedroom was unbearable, had to open the bedroom windows to let fresh air in, the space between the twin beds was very small in between and with the door, one of the beds was badly put together, flimsy and dangerous, had to put headboard against wall so it would stop shaking and both twin mattresses were very uncomfortable, hard to sleep in.

It was beat town by walking a mile plus
Wasn’t clean, loud at night with people in other rooms bed was super uncomfortable with terrible pillows our bathroom wasn’t clean dirty towels from previous guests

The social areas were good for remote work, though the wifi had some issues. It's a decent place for solo travelers as it's easy to socialize. They also provide ear plugs which is very necessary. It's walking distance to town and to bus stops which go to the ski areas.
There's no front desk or any staff to talk to for any reason. And there's some rules like taking off shoes at the door which a lot of guests didn't follow, causing the rooms to often be wet and muddy on the inside.
The beds have no curtains or anything, so there's no privacy. Making it hard to find change clothing in a co-ed dorm.
Also would recommend the hostel to have a separate female-only dorm option.

I loved the place, they have everything a rider need, exceptional cost/benefit value, attentive personnel (online help on all issues). Thanks a lot to the hotel for the great atmosphere and hope I will stay here next time we come to Chamonix.

Clean bathroom and the snacks 24/7 very nice and also all equipped so helpful as well and clean the kitchen, hot water, easy check in also. Not so far from bus station also it was fine
Very cold I came now in winter in January and seems heater doesn’t work I wrote the host and didn’t do anything about it and read other same comments either the heater. Beds not so clean didn’t smell clean at all and pillows were not clean either I had to request another one. Said I had hair dryer and nothing had the room couldn’t dry my hair either. Heater needs to be fixed asap in winter it’s not pleasant
