This property was in a great location! 5 minute walk to all the main things in the town,including the walk to the Aguilla du midi cable car.
I felt the spa was pretty basic but it was nice to have it on site.

Staff were cheerful and supportive. They were attentive to any questions. The hotel has its own character. Location was just perfect near to the main street and 5 min walk from the cable car to Mont-Blanc. It is about 12 min walk from the train to glacier caves. My room was overlooking Mont-Blanc. The view was magnificent. Fitness room and spa are a plus for this hotel
Just if they care about maintenance. The phone in the room was not working but was fixed the other day. The wall-up light needs to be secured in place (lose and dangling). It is the one over the coffee machine. Apart of those minor issues, everything was perfect and the experience was memorable

Wonderful view and breakfast! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Glad there was other parking options.
We didn’t rebook spa slot so missed out as only 1 hour available just prior to it closing.

They do have a stuff member called Jorge , super friendly and very and helpful .
The cost of parking is quite a lot , we got charge for two day even when we did the checkout next day at 11

I had a wonderful stay at Chalet Hotel in Chamonix. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with an excellent location that makes it easy to explore Chamonix.
The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to suit different tastes. What really made the stay special was the friendly and helpful staff, who were welcoming and attentive throughout my visit.
Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Chalet Hotel to anyone visiting Chamonix.

We love this place. The rooms are wonderful. The bed was great. We kind of had a view of mont blanc
Parking was nice, but the spaces are very small and you have to have somebody helping you park

Staff was friendly and lovely.
Gym was poor at best. Spa was tiny but nice. Temperature for all spa amenities were not optional. Sauna was warm, not hot. Same with jetted hot tub. Pillows were not comfortable and mattress wasn't either. Didnt sleep well at all.

The mountain view from the room and large balcony is incredible. The lobby/bar/communal area is a great place to sit and relax, with lots of games and books. The breakfast was excellent, offering pretty much anything you could think of. Comfortable rooms
Guests going for the spa should be aware that young children are allowed, negating any relaxing spa-like ambience as they scream and splash about. The wi-fi was a bit patchy in our room

I loved the room it was spacious and clean, the balcony was a life saver in the heat! Breakfast and the spa were awesome and best of all the location!
Cons: parking is really expensive, you pay a decent penny to stay here so €30 a night seems unreasonable!
I would also say the beds are alittle firm for my liking!

Location is perfect: close to the center, but not noisy. SPA is very nice and the reservation system keeps it from being crowded. It was a great rest after TMB trail.
The view is one of bonuses. Especially enjoyable from sunbeds and Jacuzzi.
The stuff was incredible - they had always so welcoming and nice attitude.
Hotel shows minor signs of passing time, but overall it is very clean and well maintained.
Breakfast could be better - had worst scrambled eggs in the world, but everything else was good.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the city centre, restaurants, cafés, and other essential services. Overall, the property itself was good and conveniently located.
The hotel did not have air conditioning, and the level of service was below what I expected. I had to carry my luggage to and from the room myself, and there was no free hotel parking. At breakfast, a staff member welcomed us in a very unpleasant manner and told us they would be closing in 20 minutes, using a tone that made us feel as though we should not enter. There were also insects on the bed, which was very concerning. In addition, I had emailed the hotel in advance explaining that we were on our honeymoon and expecting a room on a higher floor with a nice view, but this request was not accommodated. The breakfast also did not offer any clearly available halal options, which significantly limited what we could eat.

The view is superb facing the mountains and the location is perfect, near the cable car and shopping area. The spa was a fun experience.

The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from the town center. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the view of Mont Blanc from our room was absolutely stunning
The hotel feels quite dated and could use a major renovation. Our room had a noticeable moldy smell, and the pool area looked dirty and poorly maintained. The swimming pool is very small and shallow, so it’s more of a splash pool than a real swimming pool. The hot tub was also disappointingly small and not warm enough. Overall, despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, it felt closer to a 3-star property and did not offer good value for the price
