In centre of tow, so lots of food and shops.
Room was facing the river and road which cost more money but there was noise all night every day and bed was not comfortable so not goo over all. We did notice when we were leaving a button in bedroom with shutters which helped with noise but not told when we started stay which was bad as this really affected the stay / sleep.

The hotel located in a good location, rooms and the whole facility needs to be updated. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Generally we liked the hotel and especially the restaurant!
The food was delicious and service excellent! We definitely would visit the restaurant again! Thanks for making our vacation and New Year Eve special!

Disappointing
Close to the centre.
Value for money was shocking. Family suite was tiny and not at all like the photos online, the room was very tired as was the entire floor. On arrival the hotel reception looks nice but thats it. The pool was freezing and more of a plunge pool.

Wonderful
Great location, close to train station and bus stop. Very walkable to city center and restaurants.. Spa was nice but water was too cold to enjoy. Breakfast was good.

Very clean and excellent location near the main food and shopping area. Staff was helpful and has a small street side bar for crowd watching . Plenty of cheap eats nearby , laundry and excellent bakery across the road . Cannot fault the position as it's near the Mont Blanc gondola ride and all amenities .
Breakfast was average and could improve . Never mind there is popular French bakery with queues every morning lining up for typical French bakery items and nice sandwiches

Breakfast was nice. Size of the rooms were good. Steam and sauna was good.
The pool is TINY! Yes the pictures make it look small but its a LOT smaller than the pictures and not heated. The first reception staff we spoke to werent welcoming. Nobody greeted us when we arrived. Room service ignored the do not disturb sign. Complained to reception and they tried to say we made a mistake. Happened again on the day we were leaving. Resulting in items being left under the bed. The massage was the best part of the trip.
