Wonderful
The location, welcome drink, the restaurants, sauna and hot tub in the apartment. The bed and pillows were very comfy.
We had to share one washing machine and domestic dryer in the basement with 3 other household and kept me up almost all night.
I wished I didnt even find the machine in the first place.

Overall, my stay was very positive, and I would rate my experience as 5 out of 5.
One aspect that stood out was the compensation provided for the issues I experienced. The hotel team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, which I greatly appreciated.

The appartement is well situated and nicely furnished. We could use all the hotel services - including the lovely SPA - and even got offered a bottle of wine in the apartment. We could also leave our car in the garage even after checking out. Staff at reception were very friendly and efficient. Although we didn't come with children we noticed the great play area at the reception space.

Great welcome, fantastic location, very clean with free coffee and water provided in the lobby. Akashon, the on site restaurant, was fantastic with great service and delicious food.
The stay was wonderful till the last day. The checkout time is 11am - we overlooked the time as we were busy settling our infant. Got a call at 1115 from the reception asking if we needed help with our luggage. I asked if we could have an extra 30-40min but was allowed only 15 mins grace as there was a new guest coming in, which was completely understandable.
We rushed and managed to check out at 1135am. The hotel staff on duty at 1135am (tall man with blond hair) was curt and rather cold when I dropped off our keys with not so much as a did you enjoy your stay? Or a have a journey home. A disappointing ending to an otherwise great stay.

There is no better location to stay in Chamonix but this place! It has a jacuzzi on the veranda with a view of the magnificient mont blanc and a sauna inside the huge bathroom. A free access to the spa at the hotel is also included. There's really nothing more to ask

The location, the staff, the facilities. could grab a cafe from foyer or fresh water whenever needed. check in was smooth. staff so helpful and speak multiple languages.
The private apartments are accessible by everyone including the public. Security for the apartments is minimal and initial front door lock was broken so anyone could get into the ski storage area and laundry.
