It was small for four people but it didnt matter much as we were out most of the times.And their was no mirror , wish if they could put mirrors in 1 of the closet

the location is very close to the Savoy teleski, very good heating system
smelly pipes in the bathroom, one not working fan, the cleaning done before our check in was far from good.

the location is perfect,and very very quiet,the window stores make you feel safe..the apartment is very comfortable,the wifi works great,the hot water and the heating is very good..Will definitely come again if they fix the 'key' issue ..Also,there is a ski closet which is very needed ,but the office forgot to give us the key therefore we couldn't use it,but it is a good detail..Also,kitchen has all the equipments you need..
taking the key from the office is a very very big problem ..
there are minor things needed at the apartment,bathroom needs towel hangers and a shelf,and also a mirror would be great in the living room..

Great location, at the center of the town. Very clean and well equipped. The company that rent the place are very helpful. A litter bit hard to find but read the instruction carefully.

All the amenities that you would need for a short trip. Really good kitchen, so much so that we stayed in for 3 of our 4 evenings in Chamonix. Good electric black out shutters on the windows meant for peaceful nights.
inconvenience of having to collect keys from a central office. Thankfully our transfer there had the capacity to stop to allow us to hop out and collect them but otherwise it is a 15 minute walk there and back from the apartment to collect/drop off keys. A key safe at the apartment would be a simple fix for this.

Top location 75 m from pedestrian zone downtown Chamonix and approx 150 m to ski lifts. Relatively (?) new and well equipped apartment (kitchen including induction cook hob)
The beds were a little too hard Many hangers but no hooks to hang them on (to dry your wet and damp ski clothes)

The location was great. It is central and conveint. The property was well kept and clean. It had all the nessery kitchen equipment required.
The fact that the key collection site is not about 10 minutes walk from the appartment is not comfortable. The lock box for the keys should be at the acomandation and not at the office which is in adifferent location

Short walk from ski lifts, town center, everything you may need.
Spotless, recently renovated.
What does it need to reach near perfection? The main closet area could do with better organizing, it was somewhat haphazardly set up. Having some dishwasher pellets available, kitchen paper towel. Replace the plates for modern ones (please!). Add a citrus (simple, manual) press.
But this is really very small details for a really nice and cozy property; a winner.

Clean, nicely presented. Location good, very close to the best parts of town, Brevent drag lift & bus stop for Grand Montets & Le Tour.
Hot water ran out after 2 showers. On calling the agent they told me we must have had very long showers, we hadnt! They explained how to resolve on the fuse board but it meant we missed out on our morning shower ahead of skiing, instead needing to boil water on the hob to have a wash.
Also the bed was unbelievably squeaky, the slightest move resulted in a loud creak. We moved to the sofa bed instead, which was fine.

Very modern and fully equipped spotlessly clean. Very central, walking distance to centre. Arrangements for key collection were satisfactory. May I suggest instructions for users and emergency contact numbers such as hospitals, taxi etc. and also some more tourist information and map.
Contacting the local team by phone can be improved upon. No point phoning and getting an answering machine reply. Kitchen and bathroom heating were switched off when we arrived late in the evening and it took us a while of fiddling around with the circuit breaker switches to turn on. An answer to our phone call would have made things much easier. Chamonix guest card was not provided.
