The location was great. Apt was suitable for our week. Had pretty good kitchen setup, though lacking in several areas.
LOTS. First, it was impossible to regulate the temp. It was Feb, and we had to have windows open as the space was just too hot. We'd even turn the thermometer completely off, but it would come on again, and too hot, while we were out skiing. Not enough towels, toilet paper. We had to use bath towels as kitchen towels as there were none. Had to purchase more TP, since we had to use lots since no tissues were provided. The key situation was terrible!! Ever heard of keyless locks? When someone rents a place with a kitchen, one expects to have SOME basic supplies...salt? pepper, a little oil perhaps. How about a sharp knife? I don't likely have enough space to mention how unaccommodative Happy Rentals was when we needed to check in a little early, with plenty of advanced notice after traveling for 16 hours. They wouldn't even help us store a few pieces of luggage. Did I mention the key situation? And the terrible thermostat situation. I'll never again rent a place managed by Happy Rentals.

Could be improved by adding a few hooks in bathroom and bedroom, a full length mirror, a lamp/reading light by the sofa bed and a visitor/property guide

Clean and fresh and modern. Felt new, every thing we needed was there.
Drainage smell in the toilet. Could have done with more mugs. More coat/ bathroom hooks. WiFi was slow. Would a keysafe have been a better option rather than having to return the key to the office.

It's clean, placed in good area, has a lot of kitchen stuff.
The worst thing was to get the key from the office and bring it back after our stay, the key should be somewhere close to the property. Check in late and check out early.

the location is very close to the Savoy teleski, very good heating system
smelly pipes in the bathroom, one not working fan, the cleaning done before our check in was far from good.

the location is perfect,and very very quiet,the window stores make you feel safe..the apartment is very comfortable,the wifi works great,the hot water and the heating is very good..Will definitely come again if they fix the 'key' issue ..Also,there is a ski closet which is very needed ,but the office forgot to give us the key therefore we couldn't use it,but it is a good detail..Also,kitchen has all the equipments you need..
taking the key from the office is a very very big problem .. there are minor things needed at the apartment,bathroom needs towel hangers and a shelf,and also a mirror would be great in the living room..

Great location, at the center of the town. Very clean and well equipped. The company that rent the place are very helpful. A litter bit hard to find but read the instruction carefully.

All the amenities that you would need for a short trip. Really good kitchen, so much so that we stayed in for 3 of our 4 evenings in Chamonix. Good electric black out shutters on the windows meant for peaceful nights.
inconvenience of having to collect keys from a central office. Thankfully our transfer there had the capacity to stop to allow us to hop out and collect them but otherwise it is a 15 minute walk there and back from the apartment to collect/drop off keys. A key safe at the apartment would be a simple fix for this.
