Very nice place. Staff was great! Location is also great (but someone without a car should notice that it is an small walk to the center)
Nothing major, a few renovations would go a long way (like curtain showers).

Good location in Chamonix, nice balcony, beds were comfortable, and having a washing machine was convenient.
The toilet was on the downstairs floor and the large beds upstairs, which was a bit annoying and was not obvious from the pictures. There was also a lack of hot water in the shower, it frequently turned cold in the evening. There were lots of beds taking up space, but the common area was very small. I think they could remove some beds to have more space for sitting or storage.

Great views from the balcony. It was clean and had everything we needed.
The apartment was fairly cramped. Not much room. But the main issue we had was noise from an adjacent apartment. A man was talking loudly, shouting and squealing from 11pm through to 6am.

beds were not very comfortable. mattresses were not fit for bed nor of good quality.
