Good location , It was spectacular view. You just looked at the window ,you saw Mont blanc.

People were great but driving in Chamonix was a nightmare. I've never had such difficulties and got lost multiple times even with directions. Very convenient location once there. Nearby grocery story and laundry.
Very hot weather and no air conditioning. I should have expected this, but it made sleeping at night difficult. Windows could be opened, but then noise from the restaurant and bar below was distracting -- especially on a Saturday night.
Also, the many stairs to get to the apartment and then the circular staircase once inside made moving luggage difficult. No elevator. Flickering light over the master bedroom eventually calmed down, but all the electrical outlets in the bed room were loose. Thus the reading light wasn't usable.

The location is great, although I should mention that you need to climb two sets of stairs and the stairs inside the apartment are very narrow and don't have handrails. The supermarket is downstairs of the apartment and the bus stop 5 minutes away, and the apartment includes 1 free parking spot. The kitchen is fully equipped but very worn - there are chips on the ceramic-ware, scratches on all the pans, and the knives are very dull.
The water drains a bit slow and there is no shower curtain for the tub. There are many beds but no doors throughout the apartment so noise will carry and you won't get much privacy.

Very spacious, clean and in a great location centrally. 4 double beds and 2 bathrooms which were clean and modern.
Bit of a walk/journey to the lifts and not central for apres ski (off the slopes). The car park entrance was difficult to find if you didn’t know where it was.

The staff at the rental agency SnoStation/ Chamonix Resort were friendly, helpful, responsive and organized. The location is excellent. The Spar Supermarket in the building is handy, but the nearby Carrefour has a better selection.
Don't rent this hot attic apartment during the summer months. It is very hot in the afternoon and evening. The main upstairs bedroom collects all the heat and has no window that opens. The 2 bathroom fans that could cool the apartment are disconnected. There are windows that open to the hot, west facing patio with the view of Mt Blanc. If you open those or the skylights in the afternoon or evening, the apartment becomes much hotter. After 0130 in the morning when the noise from the bar stops, you can open those windows to the patio for fresh air. There are 2 portable fans that move hot air around. The unusual design of the apartment means that you will hit your head or your feet on something. Caution: missing handrails on the 2 sets of narrow stairs and in the showers are a safety issue. It was not worth the 277 Euro we paid per night for a week in July 2024.

This is amazing place, especially when you go with kids. It has four beds, with two bathrooms. Two floors gives you space to have corner for everyone. The terrace faces the Monblan and you can enjoy mornings and evenings having best view!
It was very clean and you have everything needed, including microwave, coffee machine, laundry machine and large number of nice kitchen appliances.
Underground parking allows you not to stress where to find places for the car and very convenient.
I think it was a great place, nothing that took my attention.

Super location within easy walk of the shopping/restaurant district. Ideal for catching the bus to all the ski lifts. Beautiful views from the outdoor patio space and supermarket just beneath. Was ideal for group of 3 friends. Would highly recommend.

Lots of space for our family with comfy beds. Kids loved the alcoves and big bunk bed.
Everything was great about this rental except the instructions on where to find the look box. The directions seemed to have been lost in translation and since we arrived at 11pm we were on our own like a scavenger hunt in the city trying to find the office which was like 3 blocks away down an alley from the apartment.

spacious, clean , very well equipped kitchen , dishwasher and washing machine were very useful because we were a group of 5 runners doing the UTMB race and needed to cook and wash running clothes almost everyday????, amazing view and perfect location.
