Right in downtown chamonix so close to everything but still quiet with the river below. Very close to the start and finish of UTMB.
Cumbersome checking in…have to meet someone to get the keys and then went back and had a hard time getting in because the keys are tricky. The train is next door which is loud and currently there is construction across the river which is loud. Views of the mountains are limited. Outdoor furniture is uncomfortable. Kitchen is disorganized and full of unnecessary stuff.

The apartment is nice, well equipped and the location is very good. The closed garage was a positive point when the weather was bad. I really liked the city, it exceeded my expectations.
There was a building under construction with cranes in front of the apartment which somewhat obscured the view from the apartment to the Aiguille du Midi.

Construction noise and partially blocked views. Damage deposit is still not returned, and communications have been poor on that sibject.

The property was excellent and could not be in a better location for a stay in Chamonix with literally a two minute walk to the main square and ski bus stop. Brilliant
very well equipped with a lift, boot room, river view and fantastic location centrally in Cham. kitchen over flowing with utensils and crockery which often isn’t the case. The furniture was good with really comfy beds and plenty of storage. Great bathrooms too.

Perfect location, right in the center but yet quiet , nice balcony on the river, the apartment is perfectly equipped and ideal for anyone coming for UTMB in terms of logistics (500m from start and finish line but quiet as it is on a backstreet). The locked up garage is also very handy!
