Offering views of Mont-Blanc Massif, this 4-star hotel is located in the center of Chamonix, 3117 feet from the Aiguille du Midi cable car and a 5-minute walk from the train station. Hotel in great location within the resort. Very modern and well appointed. Rooms were very clean and comfy. Great view from the Breakfast room on the 7th floor. Very good breakfast, selection phenomenal, range of cooked eggs and wide variety of choice, dear but worth the money.
Restaurant was closed when we arrived, due to autumn break, not publicised in advance. Saving grace there were some very good restaurants close by.

The hotel was very clean and the location was excellent, right in the center of Chamonix. Everything was close by and within walking distance, which made it very convenient for exploring the town. Overall, the hotel itself was nice and comfortable.
The main issue was the lack of air conditioning or proper ventilation in the room. There was only a fan, and during our stay the room became very hot at night. There were also no insect screens on the windows, so if we opened them for fresh air, mosquitoes and other insects could enter the room. Another issue was housekeeping. Even when we placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, housekeeping still opened the door in the morning around 9–10 AM and announced “Room Service.” We found this uncomfortable and felt that the privacy sign should have been respected. The bathroom layout was also inconvenient, as the toilet was in a separate room with no sink, while the sink and shower were in another section.

No Air Conditioning during an unseasonably hot week. To be fair, they do provide 3 Dyson fans and brought up one extra. With those and windows open at night it was bearable.

The location
Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. We booked a Suite, but the room was extremely small, and the furniture did not feel clean. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned and had a very unpleasant smell. The only positive aspect was the excellent location.

Location is the best, staff were professional and helpful.
1st floor smell full of Chlorine because of the spa. The room is too hot if you close the windows, but if you open the windows, it will be too noisy because of the pubs in front of it.
