Nothing, we arrived after a long drive and after repeatably unsucessfully calling the owner to find out the location of a key or entrance eventually got into the most cramped room I have ever encountered.
When looking at the facilities review, we expected a lot but on arrival, we had to buy cups bowls plates cutlery and other things.
Tea was in the room but no kettle.
Hated it.

Property was basic but clean and included a fridge and microwave. Pleasant outside area to use, weather permitting. Car parking (free) adjacent to property.
We were possibly confused with hotel of similar name which has sea views. This property is within a short walk of sea but does not have a sea view. Contact with host was limited - only available via Booking.com or answerphone message in French. Both difficult if you have limited signal or limited French! We didn’t have breakfast and did not meet or speak directly with host during our overnight stay.

It's small. Just enough space for a double bed and a shower.

Excellent value for money. It had all of the facilities that it promised. It was close to the beach. The communication was great they provided us taxi numbers when we asked.
The bathroom was not luxurious but it was exactly as expected and described which is reflected in the good price.

room was clean
nice area outside to eat
no fan meant that we had no air in the room
we had to close the plastic blinds for privacy -this also meant that there was no air
leaving the room meant raising the blinds and this was very difficult
we were promised a coffee maker and this too was missing
upon arrival I could not see the entrance and the owner was very rude in he trying to explain where it was

Clean, everything we wanted, close to beach. Good communication from owner for getting there, getting in and leaving.
Good location just lacking a view from the property - hardly a problem since it was just an overnight stay. Might have been if we had wanted to stay longer
