The location, staff and restaurant were all superb. The food was absolutely wonderful.
The room was very nice and spacious but it was also very hot and there was not a fan in the room, or available through the front desk, to help with the heat when we closed the patio door to sleep.

It would be very helpful to enable prospective guests to make reservations in the restaurant when they reserve the room.
We went there to have dinner at the restaurant, which is said to be excellent, but it was fully reserved when we got there. So it was a disappointment

A bit small, but very nice and comfortable rooms, very kind people, and absolutely delicious restaurant, best on our 5 day holliday in Bretagne. Possibility for loading an electric car.

It was clean.
Hotel was understaffed. Unable to communicate with the hotel before arrival. Unable to check in for the first night stay. The hotel's out of hours phone was not switched on. The hotel's advertised number was not staffed. The hotel was invited to take responsibility for this failure but has not done so. I recommend to avoid.

Hotel land Roz is well situated with easy access to beaches e.t.c. we were greeted warmly by the reception staff
We declined breakfast as 45euro extra for myself and 2 young children seemed excessive. When I requested a cup of tea in the morning, I was met with bewilderment and contusion. Eventually, I received a small takeout cup of hot water and a teabag. When I came to pay the bill, I was charged 6 50 euros for this. Is this a penalty for not purchasing breakfast? I feel that the charge is totally excessive for what I received. When I questioned this, the receptionist was adamant and brusque. This is not the way to treat guests who have paid top money for a room. It left me feeling ripped off and sad by their actions

The room was lovely, very clean and well designed. The staff were all really helpful. Breakfast was all home cooked and very good. We had the full 'a confiance' menu in the restaurant and it was wonderful, highly recommended. The hotel is in a good location half way between the main town and the beach area. Would go back there.
Our Tom Tom couldn't find the Avenue de la Poste - although the Post Office is just up the street. The street appears to have been renamed 'Zacharie Le Rouzic' - not difficult to find the hotel as it is well signposted, but in case this helps anyone else.
