Location is ideal, a few minutes from the old city, with a comfy garden and a spacious garage.
Beds weren't partially comfy, there weren't enough towels for everyone. There was kitchenware, but nothing to clean it up with and a fee if you didn't clean it or a fee to get cleaning supplies. A fee for parking. And no way to check-in or even park the car if you arrive between 12pm and 3pm since everything will be closed.

Close to the Castle , property was very spacious, very clean and the reception staff was a great help
Very very dark outside at night , all the patio areas need levelling out and pathways need cementing in

The convenience to everything
The toilet is downstairs with no hand washing facilities. Bathroom upstairs so not convenient for washing hands after using toilet. Especially in times of covid - not acceptable.
I also didnt think staff very friendly.

few minutes walk to the Castle main reason for visiting Carcassonne would stay again if visiting that part of France

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. It's position to the medievil carcisonne was good but a hike up. Breakfast variety good and substantial. Apartment spacious and all you need. Private car park a bonus.

Very affordable place to stay in Carcassonne. All you can eat breakfast was lovely, very filling and had a good selection. Staff were super friendly. Was only about a 10 minute walk to the city walls but it does involve a hill. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Excellent air con
