That was quite a big studio actually, did not expect that. really clean. Good for a week-end, great value, nice and skilled people at reception.

The heating system worked very good with the cold weather. We repeated after 12 years and it was cool.
There was a single pan and it was dirty and too toasted. We were 3 people and there were only 2 towels. There were no glasses for drinking water nor mugs for the milk.

The location was fantastic. I COULD WALK ACROSS THE STREE AND DIRECTLY INTO THE medieval city. Close to everywhere I Wanted to be. Good parking facility. Large comfortable bed and pillows. Small kitchenette. The check in clerk was fluent in English and friendly. Overall a great value.
I wanted to open the shutters to better enjoy the view of Carcassone lit up at night , but I couldn't figure out how to open them.

Wonderful
Location is perfect. You just walk out the door and the Medieval times hit you right in the face. Then, a wow comes after a woah and it's impossible not to be impressed.
The room is ridiculously large. Correction: rooms, plural. I had a large living room, a large bedroom and a small kitchen. This is awesome if you bring a whole family. Not crowded at all! And the parking right under the hotel is smooth.
I would appreciate a wider staircase or an elevator from the garage. Also, I do appreciate 24/7 staff in the reception. Otherwise, the risk of being locked out is scary. But those are most related to me, not something that others should worry about.
There was no breakfast included. Sorry to say that but a breakfast is to me like toilet paper: in should be an integral part of a hotel stay. Your measure may vary but to me it screams "pathetic".
Only slight things. I was very happy to stay there and will definitely do that again if I'm around.

Well located.
They charge 2€ for coffee in the morning. There were no coffee makers in the room!!There was a sign in the units kitchen that said if it wasn t clean there would be a 25€ charge. It also said you could buy a cleaning kit for 5 €. There was nothing to clean with!! The only toilet was on the first floor. The shower and sink were on the second floor along with the bed room !! Get for those late night trips to the toilet.

Excellent quiet location and great value for money.Easy walking distance to old town city.We cycled there and we were able to take our bikes into the room to store as we asked for a downstairs apartment.Well recommended if you're cycle touring

Location is excellent, Less than 10 minutes walk to the cité.
It has A.C., for summer it was excellent.
The apartment is big enough.
Also having kitchen might be useful. It has the bare minimum you would expect.
The room was a bit smelly, nothing serious, but it was unpleasant every time we arrived back to the room.
Decoration was extremely simple and not so nice.
The beds where not very confortable, specially the sofa.

The room is very spacious. There is a sofa bed in the hall. Location is very close to the Carcassonne castle. The staff is helpful.
Our wardrobe door is not sitting on its rail, making it useless. The kitchen stove takes very long to heat up, especially when 2 burners are used at the same time. It takes long time therefore to prepare a meal. There are not many free car parking lots around the area, but paid parking is available & need to be arranged before hand.
