The location of the hotel is excellent. We had a "comfort double room with balcony and city view" which was fully renovated with a nice bathroom. The views of the huge medieval city right across the river were spectacular, especially at night. The medieval city could be reached by walking across the bridge, taking the city bus, or driving and parking in the huge surface lots. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The private, underground parking lot was really convenient and safe.

Nice view of the citadel from the balcony. The small swimming pool and the restaurant both seemed to have great views (didn’t have a chance to utilize either). Room was clean.
The WC is quite small with very little leg room.

"OMG, AMAZING LOCATION!" Literally walk out the front door across the bridge to the CASTLE CARCASSONE, and the view from the hotel's 4th floor was INCREDIBLE. Carcassone was one of the best cities from our 2 weeks in EUROPE. A must see! Beautiful.
Nothing, other than I wish we had more time here.

Sitauated a flat 10 minute walk from the train station, we easily reached the hotel. The hotel is situated right smack dab next to the historic Vieux Pont which leads to the historic portion of Carcassonne. It is also conveniently located near numerous restaurants and the river. We were starting a bike trip on the Canal du Midi and it was only a short walk from the bike shop and the canal. We especially appreciated the small terrace that overlooked the river. A very nice and unexpected perk.
Aside from the parking garage, there is no designated spot to lock and store a bike. It would be nice to have some bike racks installed across the street from the hotel entrance.

View from our room beautiful, good location, clean, very comfortable beds, good breakfast, parking right under the hotel, staff friendly and helpful.
Rooms and bathroom are small and lack shelves, hooks, and space to accommodate belongings; toilet is separate and tiny. The restaurant is overrated. The overall quality doesn’t meet the requirements of a four star hotel.

THE VIEW
EVERYTHING. The room was like trying to sleep on a motorway. I had zero sleep and had to work the next day exhausted. I even tried sleeping on the floor in the bathroom because the room was so extremely noisy but the bathroom was so small i couldnt even stretch my arms out in it. Asked to change rooms. They refused. How this place is 4 star I will never know. No restaurant was available either.

Location, location, location. Then add. Great restaurant with a view of the castle... A pool with a view of the castle and a sky deck with a view of the castle! Meal (dinner)and breakfast is great! Secure parking was nice. The room was comfy. Staff on point.

Great location! Nice rooftop area with a great view. Clean. We would recommend staying at this hotel. You can see the historic city and are within walking distance of everything.
The coffee! The coffee at the reception area cafe was not good. It was probably the worst coffee we had during our three week travels in France.
