Great value B&B located wiithin a 5 minute walk to the walled city with a helpful and accomodating host and lovely breakfast one room has the best view of the castle in Carcassonne from its balcony. Private parking is available

Location and the view of the citadel walls also lovely large room and nice breakfasts
The street is rather noisy on Saturday night with all revellers going home from various locations, we had to shut the windows as you can hear the noise of people coming out of restaurants till they close and there was also a festival at the castle Fri/sat nights that we we didnt know about But okay other evenings

The two of us stayed in a family room, as I think the double rooms were all booked. This was a large room, with a lovely, quarry-tiled floor, so it was fairly cool in the heat. There wasn't air conditioning, but there was a cooling device and a fan. The host Frederick was lovely and provided us with a much-appreciated bottle of cold water when we arrived in the heat of late afternoon - we were very grateful for this! The hotel is in a fantastic location, just outside the walls of the old city, on an old street lined with bars and restaurants. Nevertheless, it was quiet. Breakfast was marvellous. We parked at the end of the road in an area designated as a parking area; this was free, and it was a 5 minute walk up the street to the hotel.

Brigitte was lovely and very helpful - there was good communication beforehand. Tasty breakfast. The hotel is extremely well located.
It was extremely warm in Carcassonne when we stayed and there was only a standing fan in the room but this was as expected!

Excellent welcome, great breakfast, so much choice all served by Frederick with a smile. Good location to visit La cite. Lots of bars and restaurants very close to les florentines.

the location and view from the room were spectacular as advertised!
although there was no air conditioning and it was unusually hot, the host provided a fan and once the sun set it cooled nicely
